Beautiful park, that is kept clean and inviting. Situated on the bank of the Coast Fork River, this is a family park that is well-populated and safe!

It's a mobile park, it's nice, people are friendly and it's very beautiful.

Managers are shady. They follow their own rules when it fits them. Drugs are still an issue here but they pay there rent so owners don’t care. No where for kids to play. The so called common area is full of septic tanks and the park smells like one.

I live in River wood MHP . Everyone is COOL. The manager is on his toes he trys to keep the Bad people out. Lots of people don't like him because he keeps out the Bad people maybe they are Bad people too. No body knows.

You're better off living in prison been living here don't ever move in here manager treat you like me not worth anything but he's always find a way to steal money I cut the trees down Cuttin corners leave me with bottled water but yeah. For some reason he moved all his family in there at the cost of everybody else's money the only thing they hired to work here is criminals now they're here to help people but you don't they don't help at all why the worst place I've ever lived in I should never bought into my first time home here but I turn right. Another one bites on the other one I had two homes ridebat I'm finding out that yell they can cut trees down make rules every change rule is just like the government where did the Constitution go and how do they get away with the laws they change this no squeeze liquid for over 20 years but then again you I guess I don't have enough money and I forgot water for 5 days and you think the manager worry about no use out running around cutting trees down and selling them and then charges $25 more a month or down the parking daddy puts in his pocket but the worst part is he can take cars that are stripped and taken put them on BLM land and tell us we can't go down there this place is run by nothing but California to fees and all they do is hire people that have been in prison or jail the nicest place this why I'm honored be have somebody you know now I've never been in jail or prison in my life but they can get away with and I bet you guys never even been military Givenchy wrist his wife fight for this country no Balthazar government yeah I got a complaint tired of being yell let's watch him buddy dog get away with s*** his kids get away with stuff tell me I can't ride my little moped you guys use kids do ready to run around smoke pot and do all kinds of drugs I'm not a drug addict you got to forget me I want to nut blood pressure pills from doctor in other pills but Bolivia don't do it find another place by the worst place to live in I've ever experienced in my life I go to London apartment building you're better off I never thought I'd move to Springfield I think it's worth it don't move in here

I lived in this place for almost 6 years. I love the setting as far as it being by the river and all the trees, but I think that it could definitely use some tlc.

The manager is rude an nosey. Wouldn't recommend living here

My friend lives here and I love to visit this lovely park. The mature trees and river is a most idyllic setting.

I use to live in this mobile home park. Its clean, neighbors are great, and the lot space is affordable.
