Among his more recent notable transactions, Mr. Feder has represented one of his many loyal investment clients, Kids from the Valley LLC, in the acquisition of more than 500,000 square feet of properties with a total value in excess of $110 million over the past five years. Included among the transactions Mr. Feder executed were two retail centers and two industrial buildings. As several of the transactions involved 1031 exchanges, Mr. Feder indentified off-market as well as listed properties to expedite the transactions.
Career History / Professional Recognition
Mr. Feder served as President at Lee & Associates, LA North, Inc. for 7 of his 13 years with the firm. Prior to joining Lee & Associates® Mr. Feder established and operated an independent commercial real estate brokerage. Earlier in his career, he held the position of Associate Vice President at Daum Commercial Real Estate Services. Mr. Feder began his career in 1988 with a regional commercial real estate firm.
