Jerry Eggert of RJ Iron Design is the creator of the metal artwork. Though he has no formal training in art, he uses his years of experience working with metal to create his pieces with a unique style.
Using nature as his inspiration Jerry refers to his style as "Organic Industrial". All pieces are handmade using various metal products, a variety of hand tools, as well as different welding and heating methods. Even though his artwork is newly created, he wants each piece to have an aged appearance, almost medieval.
While each piece stands on it's own as a one of a kind item they also complement each other when grouped together.. Customers have used Jerry's works in a variety of ways including pairing with pottery, glassware, and sculptures.
