I needed a clutch variator holding tool ASAP! That's just what I got. I was called and tol FedEx had already picked up so they sent USPS priority. Still got it within 2 days. I am now back on the road. Thanks folks.

I cannot begin to tell you how bad this business is. They have cheated me out of 150$ , won't answer the phones or call me back. Never received an item I ordered and I can't get anyone to answer the phone or emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

They use to be great place to get Scooter Parts now everybody new and needs To improve on customer relations care about what you regular customer needs can't get a straight answer anymore

ordered a clutch online tried calling no anwer when i called again a person answered saying the number i was calling wasn't any store number bad service bad communication my clutch never arrived and its been a month i've contacted paypal for a refund dont buy here

I loved this place. Great to deal with and shipped out parts immediately. I have probably spent over a $1000. Then around February that stopped. I ordered parts and they sent the wrong parts. The woman said to return them and I did. Have heard nothing since the beginning of March. The woman answered by accident so she said. She said they were moving locations and could not help me but to wait a week and it will be handled. We'll, here it is the middle of April and I have heard nothing. When you call, the message says voice mail is full. So, they have their parts and still have my money. What a shame.

Very happy with my order, will continue to order from this company as they have good prices for parts and not just parts, I'm talking superior quality parts

The lady working the counter is very knowledgeable and helpful identifying the parts i needed and answerd all my dumb questions lol. She got me everything I needed for my mini buggy to get it running. I really thank you guys and I'll be back for more stuff.

Wow these guys are awesome! Such great customer service it's amazing. I have made several purchases from there online store as well as called a few orders in for things I didn't see on the site but they had in Stock.purchased a 4v head for my bike and man she rips now. The shipping speed is the fastest ever. Always have my package in my hands in exactly 2days. Check them out for all your Gy6 and scooter need.

I was told this is the only place to buy scooter parts from Chinese made manufacturers and they are correct. Inexpensive, helpful employees, have in stock what you need and will research to get you an answer. 5 Stars!

Buyer beware! Something is going on with these guys. Two weeks ago I made an attempt to purchase nearly $600 worth of parts over the phone. The rep told me I would get a better deal on the parts ordering off the website than they were currently selling for on Ebay. I ordered the parts and charged it to my CC. The same day they called me back to inform me that they were cancelling the shipment because the parts were the wrong parts, they didn't have the right parts, and that the website pricing was actually a mistake. They offered me alternative parts package which didn't include everything I wanted but would be the same price. I refused and requested a refund. I was told to send an email requesting a refund and they would get back to me. I have now sent multiple emails and called multiple times and no one has gotten back to me. UPDATE 1/7 Someone finally responded to inform me that they have lost three employees over the last month and their manager is leaving for a new job. They also stated they are in the process of doing inventory. Heads up to anyone thinking about ordering, over the past month there are multiple negative reviews for parts not being sent just like my situation. UPDATE 1/25 Still trying to get a refund. No one has called me back and no one has emailed me back. I noticed there are a couple more posts from customers experiencing the same problem.
