Air conditioning is broken inside the building, it's been awfully hot in Illinois for a while now and according to the staff it's been broken for weeks and corporate has done nothing about it. Showers are nearly unusable because of it. I'll take my commercial fueling elsewhere if this is how Road Ranger is going to treat their employees. Not exactly that "Over the top experience"
Snacks, gifts, tees, showers, restrooms, 10 fuel pumps, jerky, toys, muffins, beer, soda. Clean, quick stop.
Was very good clean and store casheer was very nice. I would recommend and stop again when I'm in town. Thank you. Dakota
Very nice truckstop/ gas station, very clean freindly service. Well stocked shelves conveniently organized. Clean bathrooms and showers. Great coffee
Bad diesel fuel if you don’t have filters to get the bad fuel out you will most likely have injector problems i have a fuel system on my truck and it is supposed to separate the bad fuel and most times i can run on one set of filters in 2 weeks or a month but i went through 3 sets of filters with their fuel and i wasn’t even halfway empty yet i ended topping off with other fuel to try and get it to go through but i ended up having to get it my tanks drained and refilled
Worst gas station I've ever been to, rudest attendant ever, had nasty attitude when I answered her question if I wanted to pay inside or outside because their pumps kept holding my card and refusing to work. Would never put a dime into this store ever again. Would recommend the shell down the street.
Stopped here last week, service was fast and friendly had no issues very nice convenient location next to pretty good restaurant
Nice little travel center. Truck lot is bright and pretty quiet at night. No dump station. Free air at diesel pumps. Store, lot, restrooms and showers are all clean but the showers could use a little upgrade. Small hot food selection but the pizza slices are hefty. Staff is friendly and don't mind if you stay for a few days.
Just moved back from Chicago bout week ago, with my oldest daughter who had just had her large intestine removed due to chrons disease..We're in transitioning into a new place but it got held back a week ,I called road ranger about showers and the young man said come on ,I got you ....very appreciative for this person's kindness..It's sad that we ALL can't be genuinely kind to one another.. it really goes a long way
it's ok for when you just want to fuel and go but as far as parking for awhile I don't recommend it around s dozen truck spaces the bathroom is below average on cleanliness the store has a dirty look and the help doesn't want to do their job and if shows.
