This is why brick and mortar stores still need to exist—and pay real salaries not based on commissions. In less than an hour and with Mounir’s friendly, knowledgeable help, I got my first new running shoes in over 10 years. I needed a wider toe box but not a wide shoe and better cushioning. Searching, comparing, ordering multiple sizes and fits online would have taken me hours and required lots of returns. What a relief to be done with that process so easily and with a new customer discount! Lots of other great running/workout/hiking accessories available too that I’ll likely come back for.

Road Runner is my go to. Ralph you are extraordinary. Your knowledge and your keen observation watching me walk is a walking/jogging changer for me. Your patience unbridled. Getting fitted for the correct shoe is imperative! I am very happy with my new shoes. And we had a fun time. They also stock my very favorite sock, Balega. I prefer the Hidden Comfort style. This was my first time at a specialty shoe store and it was great. They scanned my feet, did a gait analysis, made me custom insoles and got me into a very comfortable pair of shoes for my constantly aching meet. Christian was very helpful and patient. They had a great Labor Day sale too so the prices were very affordable
Kayla was very personable. She greeted us as we came in and immediately started to get to know us and our needs. She was very knowledgeable about each shoe and fit my son needed. We are so happy with our experience and purchases. I highly recommend them. Our needs were shoes for pronation, support for cross country, golf, tennis and track and field for my middle school son and myself.
I know it seems simple, but to me hospitality and a clean environment makes me feel valued. Of course being able to replace my shoes for free after almost 3 months was amazing. I ran the marathon in these babies, and countless miles of training, so they were a hot mess. I’m a happy customer.
Fantastic experience. I bought a pair of Hokas, signed up for the warranty program for an additional $5, received $26 in store credit for my purchase. I was then was able to go back and exchange the shoes for a pair of Brooks after I had worn the Hokas for a few weeks for no additional cost. Also, the workers are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable when helping to find you the perfect shoe. I would recommend this to anyone in a heartbeat!
The wait is a pain because everyone gets personalized service and a thorough assessment of your needs, BUT well worth the wait! Always get the perfect shoe, huge selection, 90 day return policy, great VIP program. Since we've discovered this place we won't shop anywhere else for athletic shoes.
A great choice for all things running. I was surprised by the selection of brands and options. You can pop in and shop casually, or you can opt to have them analyze how you run, to help with your shoe selection. Full and unique service, and a very friendly staff.
I really liked this store. We were shopping for my son's first real running shoes. Their fitting process is very precise and they can make custom fit inserts in store. The up-sell wasn't pushy. I have another favorite running shoe store, but Road Runner has a bigger selection of sizes for my son's feet.
