Nice small town gym and staff. They will always greet you with a welcome smile. Just bring your old school headphones so you can listen to the TVs.

Always dirty the bars are coated in brown stuff and never cleaned same with the dumbbells.

This place is amazing. Great location, awesome park for the kids with restrooms and water. Camp Gladiator has classes here which is a great boot camp fitness program, and one of the best rec centers around.

I don't really go here personally. I do bring my siblings here for their karate lessons. The people who work here are great and friendly. Everyone that I have seen use this place are polite as far as I can tell. This is a clean and safe environment for everybody. Go ahead and give this place a chance. If nothing else, stand close by and play Pokemon Go. Their sign is a Pokemon gym and the building itself is a Pokemon stop.

Roanoke Recreation Center is a wonderful place to work out. They have very nice facilities and informative employees that are very helpful. They run a good tight facility. They have all the amenities to fit your needs, from aerobics, basketball , volleyball , weights , pickleball, indoor jogging track, racquetball , pool , and many other amenities included. The single and or family membership is available at an affordable price. My wife and I have been members here for years, and we love it here. You will not be disappointed in picking "RRC" for your health needs...
