Great, great, great!!! DeLon and Joe handled my lawsuit perfectly. They jumped right in and were able to get my lawsuit dismissed. Process was painless as the office is super efficient and friendly. Would absolutely recommend.
Worst DUI attorney ever! Met with him he came up with a plan didn't do one thing he said. Every court date since I left his office another attorney was present and never seen him again until I was sentenced. The lawyer told me I would get 2 days in jail and could do work for the county for the rest. He shows up at sentencing talking about 2 years probation and other stuff that was never mentioned. Not to mention taking off of work 3 diffrent occasions just to get a text message or email saying they rescheduled it 2 hours before court. One occasion they rescheduled me to wait on body cam footage when I was suppose to plead guilty that day. Dont waste your time or money you will be highly disappointed. He wont even know who you are when he shows up for court if he ever does!
I had this office plan out my living will. All my needs and questions were taken care of as if they were taking care of their own. I have delt with the team at Rockstahl law for a few different occasions and have always felt a great piece of mind thank you for treating me like family
Absolutely the worst attorney in the magic valley!! They will lie and cheat you out of money without you even realizing it!! Not to mention they do not practice clients confidentiality.. Joe is a puppet to his paralegal, that happens to be his wife.. So if you care about yourself or your case do not take it to him! He cheated my son out of at least 300,000. By settling his case with out his ok because his wife Brooke a cruise for the same time of the jury trial that my son would have won hands down!!!!
Recommend one hundred percent!!! They make you feel like family, they will go the extra mile! Joe and Patty are amazing people! The best Law office around! Also helps that they have bilingual people! Son los mejores abogados del Valle Magico. Ellos te hablan con la verdad,no andan con juegos!
Joe and Patty helped me through my divorce. I only wanted my half of the assets. They are not afraid to face “the powerful divorce firm” in town. They were very fair and did not waste my money or my exhusband’s by padding the bill with extra phone calls and emails. They did the same for a friend. One great thing about them is that they don’t drop you if your money runs out. They are handling another situation for me now. I feel safe in their hands!
Joe and Patty are great to deal with. They always keep you updated and give you honest answers even if it's not the one you want. Definitely would recommend them!
I’ve worked with Joe and Patty for a little and they were nothing but nice to me. They’re helping me with my case that I thought nobody could do anything about. They work around the clock to make sure they help their clients.
If you are fighting for your family, DO NOT USE JOE ROCKSTAHL. He does not care about you as a client. I have never felt so overlooked and he will not fight for your cause. I truly needed Joe to help me fight for my daughter and he could not have cared less. I had to remind Joe to show up to hearings, he never once asked me for details on my case... He simply took my money and was just rolling me along and was not willing to fight for what was right. He adds charges to you bill to ensure all of your retainer is used. I ended up firing joe and going to another firm in twin and by doing so, I almost immediately was taken serious and my case improved. I cant state enough how much Joe did not care about me or my case.
