Roark Vacation Resort

This place is perfect for us! The pool is the first thing you see when you pull in and it is beautiful! The staff is very nice and our unit is great! They have Wifi and it works just fine! We have a beautiful view of the pool and hot tub and it is quiet. We had a call the first night, to make sure we had everything we needed and were happy with our unit! We will definitely be coming back!

I stayed here for a full week. Comfortable beds, has a gym, pool and hot tub, easy access to shops and all shows with a car. Nothing within walking distance. The inside is older 1990 decor, the faucets were hard to turn on and off and my mom could not easily open the front door. We had a nice view out the back. The place would benefit from a few updates.

While the room and kitchen were very nice and the staff was pleasant, we were charged a cleaning fee because we did not stay 7 days. This charge was not mentioned to us in any of our conversations with hotel staff at check-in or check-out. We left the rooms in good condition. Not pleased with the lack of communication and would not stay again if given the option.

Staff super friendly and informative of what to do and where to go. You can also get tickets here. We had four people stay and there were only two sets of told. Rooms are decent. Air conditioning awesome. Could have better lighting. Haven't checked game room but pool was nice.

Place is decent. The kitchen needs a little TLC; the stovetop doesn't work very well and the cabinets were old. Some wouldn't shut all the way. Balcony is nice and looks out over a creek. Everything is clean, just dated.

We are here for a full week. While the decor is out dated our room is very clean and spacious. We were informed that remodels are taking place soon. The pool is amazing. A nice huge pool plus a 2ft kiddie pool. Plenty of tables and lounge chairs. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the main Branson strip and Branson Landing. Would definitely stay here again.

I think the new ownership is making strides to improve the property. A few buildings were being renovated during our stay, which I'm thankful for in the long run, but having the indoor pool and fitness center closed was unfortunate. The pool was very clean and enjoyable and the staff was friendly. The room is a bit outdated but very clean.

This is an old Timeshare, but it is clean, roomy and in a really good location. It could use some updating, but everything works fine. This resort has a new fitness center with indoor pool. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I liked the resort, it is very out dated, but very clean rooms. The rooms are large, the beds are very hard. The staff ARE AMAZING. My family and I enjoyed the large outdoor pool. I didn't give the Roark 5 stars because of the Landing Fitness center at the resort. EXTREMELY RUDE MEN, MY GRANDSON NEEDED TO USE THE BATHROOM , has 4 the man wouldn't let us walk through the fitness center to get to the bathroom because we were wet, not dripping water but wet. We left. Those people were extremely RUDE AND HATEFUL.

I have never given a rating this low I always try to be positive.. .but I want to honestly say if you're looking for a place that has amenities right now everything is under renovation and nothing is available only a place to sleep Things are falling apart Critters in the drain Nothing for the family and no pools are open at this time I posted pics of the pool. It's beautiful but not open at the moment One good thing about it is the beautiful view from the back of our room.
