Having been a while that I don’t do any reviews but how couldn’t I do it for this store!? You have to stop by! The place is amazing! All the furniture has its own style. Style shows who you really are and stays forever... So you will easily find your style there, and grab it before another one do first. Check the pics and video up. Cassandra and Debbie are sweet people.
We used Helene Brown to decorate our new Bay Harbor Islands condo. She was fantastic. She took care of everything including built ins, wallpaper, design and furniture. She made it so easy for us. This was a challenging project as we were in Pennsylvania, and the building had numerous delays. She actually met our subcontractors at the apartment and supervised all their work. We are incredibly happy with everything she did for us and continue to get numerous compliments from all of our friends. David and Debbie P.
Absolutely beautiful showroom with the best in home furnishings!! If you are in the area definitely stop by and check it out. It is fantastic!
Ordered several couches and a custom made table. Designer came to our home and took measurements for everything before placing the order. We relied on her for the dimensions after reviewing the space and how everything would be placed. The couches were fine. The table was beautiful, but way too big in circumference and height for the space. It was totally unusable. We immediately contacted the company and designer by phone and email. No follow up for 3 weeks. After the second round of contacts, a manager told us that there was nothing they could do. Even after submitting pictures to demonstrate the problem, they refused to do a thing. Very disappointed in their lack of professionalism and customer service.
Amazing showroom, quality products, and choices galore! Helene Brown was a rock star!! She was very helpful in helping us compare swivel and reclining chairs. The store manager did a great job also. They certainly know how to treat their customers. We will definitely be back!!!
I like what I saw and appreciated the way my shopping experience was handled by the design rep and the accounting manager. There was a small issue with my Design Partners Program account, which was my own fault, I appreciate the way they took care of it, no one got excited or developed any attitudes, my client was happy and everybody was happy. The name of the game is good customer service, the same way I bend back ward for my clients often times, R & S did the same for me so it was a win-win for everybody. Please keep up the good work, best of luck...Thank you!
I visited this store in March 2019 on behalf of our company, Phillips Collection, on furniture trends, including sustainability and high impact design. The store is beautiful, as are the other 4 Robb & Stucky locations. If you are in south Florida and looking for furniture, artwork or other decoration for your home, be sure to stop in. Inspirational vignettes, friendly and knowledgeable staff and amazing pricing and white glove delivery services.
don’t isually leave reviews but felt like needed to here. They did not honor a written up sale and price on a clearance item, after paying and waiting for delivery over a week they called and wanted to charge us another $600. Spoke with Mary Beth and she offered no resolution to this issue or new customer. In today’s world lots of other places to shop that have better customer service and honor their prices after a written order and charge your credit card. The corporate rep offered no reason or resolution to keep us as a new customer or figure out how to make this work other than to charge me more money. Dissatisfied.
This place went bankrupt when it was in Mizner Park many people who had the deposits on furniture lost the money and never received the furniture. This store has reopened on Federal Highway Under New Management I have no idea of the stability of this company however it would be wise to investigate the stability of this store before placing any major order and that's true for any purchase where the vendor ask you to deposit fifty percent of of the purchase price and wait 2 to 6 months before you receive the merchandise and pay the full amount before it's delivered. The furniture business seems to be unique in this area. As a summary if you can buy it on Amazon seriously consider that they're not going bankrupt and are impeccable in their credibility to the consumer... As full disclosure I own Amazon stock but my views reflect reality good luck
Purchased 3 items of their BDI office furniture line several weeks ago. Our experience was great. Decided to add 2 more items. We stopped by at 4:45 PM yesterday to order them. Someone named Cheryl greeted us as we walked in, being kind here, and she immediately informed us they close at 5 PM knew that She suggested it would be better if we came back another day. We asked if someone could help us buy 2 additional office furniture items now. She said Robb & Stuckey did not sell office furniture and there was no one who was available to assist us. We informed her we'd already purchased 3 items of their BDI office line and wanted to add 2 more pieces. She was unmoved! Okay, I understand it's the holiday season and everybody's busy and perhaps she thought we were tire kickers. But why stay open until 5 PM if you are simply going to turn away people who walk in the door at 4:45 PM? Why lie to your customers about product line? Why be rude to customers? So we drove to Adams Interiors, open until 6 PM arrived at 5:40 PM and they were happy to sell us the 2 BDI pieces we wanted.
