Attorney Michael S. Robbins received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law at Fayetteville, Arkansas graduating with High Honors. While attending the School of Law, Michael was a member of the Arkansas Law Review. Michael received his B.A. in history and political science from Arkansas Tech University with highest honors. Michael is a U.S. Army veteran of Operation Desert Storm.
Michael was licensed to practice law in Arkansas in 2001 and in the U.S. District Courts of Arkansas, both Eastern and Western Districts, in 2002. Michael served as the Dover, Arkansas City Attorney for eight years. Michael is a past president of the Pope County Bar Associtation and is a member of the Pope County and Arkansas Bar Associations.
Attorney Steven Higgins graduated from Hobart College, Magna Cum Laude, in 2004. During college, Steve was nominated into Pi Sigma Alpha, the national political science honors society. Steve graduated from Western New England School of Law in 2008. As a law student, Steve participated on the First Amendment Moot Court Team and acted as a student attorney. Currently, Steve is enrolled in the Emergency Management and Homeland Security masters program at Arkansas Tech University. Steve has a strong interest in litigation and practices primarily in domestic relations, personal injury, criminal law, and social security.
