I have represented Federal employees since 1980, with over a thousand cases regarding discrimination, disabilities in the workplace, employee discipline, and general consultation toward strategies for navigating workplace problems. I have also served as a consultant to several advocacy organizations, provided workshops to Federal employees, HR staff and attorneys, and represented three classes in race-based class action litigation.
