Absolutely wonderful car dealership. They helped me with all sorts of background information, including written & verbal facts, a walk-around video of the vehicle I was considering purchasing, & lots of follow-up/ answers to my questions. Considering I was making a 7 hour drive to come to their dealership, I had all the preliminary information I needed to pretty much seal the deal before even stepping foot on the lot. Todd, my salesman, was fantastic. Genuinely enthusiastic, knowledgeable, extremely helpful & professional, he spent close to 5 hours with me to complete this sale, from beginning to end. He even made doing the dreaded paperwork fun. This was the best vehicle purchasing process I have ever experienced, & Todd was a major reason for that. That, & the dealerships philosophy, reflected by their policies, programs & product makes purchasing a vehicle here a no-brainer.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from the sales person, Nathan Cammarano!! He was very friendly, courteous and informative. He came with me on the test drive, and explained everything about the car very well!! He was patient and listened to all of my questions and answered them well & respectfully. He explained about the incentives offered, and I feel pleased with the deal I received in purchasing my new lease. He showed me around the facility and explained the services offered there. The person in charge of helping you sign all of the documentation was friendly and explained everything well also. I am a returning customer and after the service I receive there yesterday I will be happy to continue to return to the Robert Basil dealership in the future.
Our salesman Steve was excellent! He answered all our questions diligently and was able to get the car we wanted from another dealership incredibly quickly. We will definitely be recommending his services to friends and family. We also had a great experience with the gentleman who walked us through the financial aspects/warranty. He was extremely friendly and did a great job walking us through every step.
I was treated very professionally by Todd, great salesman. I was able to reach a fair deal with trade in value and purchase price, and the finance experience was the best I have experienced at a dealership. No nonsense and straight forward. Also they made right on a couple super minor issues that the truck had. Very happy.
I am in no way, shape or form bashing the sales person who sold me my car, I would recommend him to anyone, just not at this establishment! Bought my jeep around March this past year. Started having problems with it and was in and out of the shop multiple times for month on end and couldn’t find the problem with it. Got told by the sales manager that if I wanted to, I could trade it in for a vehicle around the same price. So I shopped around online on their website and found a few I liked. Then when I inquired about it, I was told it had to be from their lot. Okay, no problem. I found a vehicle I really liked, test drove it and was told it needed to get the inspection done on it. I go in and sign the paperwork, my payment was over $100 more when I was told it would stay the same. When I was talking it over with the pricing guy, the sales manager then came in and was very nasty and was saying he told me that I could only get a car within a certain year and the same price range. Then when I stood up for myself, he proceeded to yell at me and tell me I was wrong. Talk about trying to make your customers happy, like they always say! Sorry for the sales person who took care of me, but can’t support an establishment who disrespects customers and calls them liars. Never going back and not recommending any more people.
Nick was great. He was ready to show me different Terrains. I ended up with the SUV that I just love. I was so happy with my purchase. The customer service was awesome and the people there were so helpful and positive. I had no pressure to buy. I would highly recommend Robert Basil specificity Nick Lignelli. I had a great experience from the time I walked in to the time I drove off the lot with my Terrain!! Keep up the great work!!
I found a car I was interested in looking at online and called the dealer to make sure the car was available. I provided a time and day to look at the car. When I arrived, the sales representative, Madison, greeted me. The car was close by and ready for a test drive. The car was clean and detailed with great care. The entire experience from inquiring about the car to purchase was hassle free, friendly, and professional. Madison was knowledgeable, helpful, and went the extra mile. I would recommend this dealership and Madison to anyone looking for an easy, professional and hassle free car buying experience.
Second time going to the service department. First time made appointment, showed up waited two hours because they had no oil. Second time scheduled service appointment over one month in advance and even preordered tires from there parts department to ensure everything was in place. Had an 8:30am appointment dropped off early and put keys in box. Over 4 and half hours later I called to check status and nothing was done. Came to pick up vehicle and spoke to Jeff again about poor service and he could care less as he casually eat his candy bar. He stated what did he want him to do he has 35 vehicles and not enough techs. Not my problem, that’s why there is an appointment to ensure your place in line. Lost a very good customer of Joe and Robert Basil.
