My one star is mainly for the receptionist. They are rude and I will never go back there. In fact, I just got off the phone with them and she recommended me move my records to our local family doctor instead of moving my records to them. The kids had to see a pediatrician when they were babies, but now that they are older, they just see the local family doctor for sickness and go here for shots. Well, they aren't due again until they are 11. I called just to make sure that we were up to date and she informed me that I couldn't see two doctors. I am pretty sure me and my insurance can do what we want, but it was just weird that she suggest I move my records FROM there instead of TO there. She obviously does not care if she gets a paycheck or not. So, yes, I will be calling my local doctor to call and get our shot records now. These people are even worse in person. They just have horrible receptionists.
