My husband and I went into Goodman’s Jewelers to find a bracelet that I could purchase and have my grandkids names engraved on it. Unfortunately they didn’t have one available. Then Kristen Keough suggested I have their Goldsmith make one. I had a sample of what I was looking for and within a couple months I had my bracelet. The Goldsmith did a fantastic job. It’s beautiful, with an interlocking clasp. I love it. And I love Goodman’s Jewelers.
I had a weird situation where I found a diamond in my house that the previous owner had lost. Bob not only confirmed that it was a diamond but he shipped it out of state at no charge to get it back to its rightful owner. He is a good guy as well as a good jeweler!
Bob did an exceptional job on replacing the battery in my husband’s watch and also removing links in my new watch. He is a joy to work with and has A+++++ service skills. In and out in 11 minutes. We have found our new jeweler for life!
My husband and I got both of our rings here, and Bob was so friendly, smart, and helpful. He is funny too! We wanted to see more options, so we went to the jewelry store down the street-- that experience made us completely go with these rings instead. They did not have any rings and not excited even one bit for us! They even looked down on us for what we could afford! Robert didn't. He gets you feeling good about your upcoming wedding and marriage. He has a beautiful story and is a worldly guy. My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience working with Bob designing a custom engagement ring! He is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and helped us figure out what gemstone would hold up the best in the ring. He is also incredibly passionate about sustainable and ethical jewelry, and helped us source each part of the ring as ethically as possible. We couldn’t recommend him more!
My father bought me a charm bracelet from you in 1971. I still have it and the brown, green velvet lined box it came in. I remember standing at the counter picking out the Indiana charm he bought to put on it, to remember my trip. I lived in Michigan and he lived in Muncie. I didn't get to see him much but I still have this wonderful memento to treasure.
My new wife and I went to Robert Goodman Jewelers to get my wedding band resized and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Neither of us know much about jewelry and Bob not only took the time to explain our options available to us but also determined that the ring could be adjusted quickly/safely and did so free of charge. It was a quick interaction but it is a reminder of the level of service you get at a local jeweler. As we move forward in our new marriage Robert Goodman Jewelers will be the first place we go for our future jewelry needs.
I saw a video of the town and Robert was such a pleasant guy. Probably a good place to stop to get some honest service.
My husband and I picked out our wedding rings here. I knew I didn’t want a diamond so Bob talked to us about the different stones and how durable they are. He got to know us and and helped to find the perfect ring! Such a pleasant experience. I thought the ring was a little big, but he said wait until the warmer months and see how it is... he was right! The ring has never come close to falling off and is snug in the warmer temps.
Bob and Rose Marie are such wonderful souls! I was quoted an amount for my engagement ring repair and when I came to pick it up after the repairs the price was less than 50% of the quoted price! Bob told me that his costs ended up being less than quoted so he passed the savings to me. I was so shocked! He could have easily kept that extra amount and I never would have known the difference, but he didn’t. It’s just one small way which shows how he and his wife really do care for other humans. I feel like I’ve definitely met my forever jeweler and I will be singing their praises to anyone who will listen!
