Cristina Normington is truly the worst recruiter there. She is extremely rude when you ask her for what you are looking for when interviewing and discourages compensations on what she feels like you should be getting based on your age. She also does not respond to her emails.Terrible agency.
No one has time to reach you or do a follow up call. I've been trying to reach 3 recruiters and they've been ghosting me.
Glad to see someone else already said this, but yes Cristina Normington is horrible at her job. Definitely shouldn’t be a recruiter. Very, very unprofessional.
It has been a great experience working with the staff for RH-City of Industry location. They are professionals, proactive, respectful, friendly, thorough, and always follow up in a timely manner. They take their time in matching you with the best task to apply your skills. Every assignment I have had, has exceeded my expectations. Without further hesitation, I encourage you to reach out to Ms Amy and her entire team to find the right job!
I was black-balled for not working with dishonest developers.
Don't waste your time coming to this Robert Half location. I dealt with Valentine and he is a nice guy but it's been 3 months and I still have not received 1 call from him or anyone else in that office. I called once a week for 2 weeks to inquire about work and he would not even return my call or emails. When I finally did get ahold of him I was told to keep calling or they would call me. So I decided to stop calling and wait to see if they would call me, 3 months later and I still have not received a call. I have experience in 3 different departments and was just asking for a few dollars over the minimum considering I have been working for 15 years. This agency is a profit agency so maybe if I would have asked for minimum wage they would have called. It's a shame so many business nowadays use these type of agencies. They pay the least possible and charge businesses a higher wage. It was just a waste of 2 hours of my life filling out all the paperwork. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Terrible experience. I am usually very patient but it has been 3 months and this is what I have been dealing with. Poor communication. They text you about a job offer after office hours around 6pm, so that when you call them back get sent to voicemail. I emailed them saying I got the text and in the morning I called again went straight to voicemail. Left a voicemail no reply. Ask the receptionist to leave a message for me still no call back. This happened to me twice. Reached out to another team member who said they had another job, they said call back the following week. I called early morning, and they said they will contact me. No call back. When I did call a couple days later straight to voicemail again. Asked the receptionist once again to leave a message twice. Still no response. Left one last voicemail. Very frustrating! Don't waste your time with this company. Very unprofessional, lacks communication skills, and pretends like they are helpful, but don't actually help. They really need to get it together. It looks like I am not the only one who is experiencing this issue.
