I applied through Robert half I was placed in a job I did not like I made my Recuriter aware of my situation she shot me down every-time. It almost like I already got my money from you good luck. It was very unprofessional, the way things were handled.
All the reviews are absolutely correct. This company is horrible at communicating with potential employees. When they see 1 stars reviews, they give the generic "We're sorry you had a bad experience. Please contact us so we can discuss the details...." except what's the point if you don't answer phone calls or emails. Last time I checked, you actually have to regularly communicate with people you CLAIM to wanna help. The reviews with 5 stars are probably people who work for them
Be weary of this staff agency although they’ll get you a job quickly in the door. They’ll find any reason to let you go for any reason. Trust me the pay isn’t worth it, they’ll send you to whatever inhumane environment. Without really checking up on you and if you get sick for more then two days you’re out. No sick days paid, terrible health insurance, no holiday pay and no disability. Maybe you might get it after a year of continuous work with them. But your lucky if they remember who you are they simply want to make money off of you. God bless y’all!
About a year and a half ago, I reached out to Robert Half. Created my account, had an updated resume and then some. I had several times when I say several I mean at least 15 times called the actual office where I live and nothing. Every time they were either busy, as in too busy to call or call back. I had finally landed an interview that the person I was working with was supposed to set up, after that I never heard back after calling over and over. I had high hopes in Robert Half, as they have worked with many people I know. They just didn’t work for me. Here we are a year and a half later, still no contact but I get bombarded with newsletter emails, even though I unsubscribed over 20 times at this point. As much as I wished they would have helped me finding a forever place as they did my old coworkers, they did not.
I highly recommend Robert Half as a premier staffing agency. They immediately contacted me and identified my employment needs. Rocio has been extremely professional, informative, and caring in her staffing role. She has been instrumental in my career and personal needs. This type of professionalism is hard to find and is appreciated!
I have nothing but great things to say about Robert Half. It’s been a very smooth & fast process. My recruiter Rocio has done a excellent job communicating & helping me find positions that fit me & my skill set perfectly. Definitely would recommend to all.
