Our mission is to provide the best services we can to our clients at a competitive, economical price. We pride ourselves on our aggressive, effective representation of our clients with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and state revenue departments. In today’s economic environment, taxpayers need an advocate who will represent their interest with the government. If you incur an examination from the IRS or a state revenue department, we will physically represent you and present your case in the best position we can. We have had extensive experience in dealing with the IRS and the state revenue departments. We have been involved in a number of start-up businesses of all sizes from small to large and we are very familiar with the issues facing a start-up business such as the type of organization to use (corporation, partnership, limited liability company, sole proprietor); choice of accounting system and accounting support, development of a business plan, assisting in bank financing and filing requirements with all tax authorities.
Our Goal is to provide service for all types of taxpayers (individuals, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, trusts and estates). Our fees are reasonable and with respect to individuals, our fees are comparable to franchise tax services. We encourage clients to call for an appointment, but we also welcome walk-ins during January thru April. We are a year round firm and are available to assist our clients with any issues arising with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or state revenue departments at any time during the year.
