Robert has been my insurance agent for auto and home since 2014.  His office is always very easy to deal with.  Recently he personally called me up and was able to reduce my costs by checking for a couple different potential discounts.  This was an unexpected and pleasant surprise.  I recommend his agency.

Thank you Robert and John. 2023 will be my 17th year having American Family as my insurance provider. My policy renews in August and Robert called me on the phone today to remind me and to inform me that my rate was actually going down, not up. How refreshing. My property taxes went up 80% but my homeowners insurance went down. Thank you Robert and John for doing a good job for me.
