Love this store! Bought bunch of stuff here and plan on getting more. Whether you are investing your time into photography/ videography for fun or as a hobby or wanting to take it to professional level, there’s always so much to cover and learn. If you’ve started your journey as a professional in the industry or as a multidisciplinary artist coming from another field, the learning curve might be too steep and can sometimes be overwhelming. Therefore, you need some guidance when you’re trying to learn what type of gear is best suited for your needs given the fact that there are industry standards and quality expectations of your clients. This is a long ongoing process, and often you need an advice of a seasoned specialist. If you’re planning on going to this store in Carmel, ask for Anthony Alexander. This guy is amazing! I can’t describe how much Anthony has helped me by advising and explaining all the options related to the gear for my work. You rock, Anthony!!!

Great selling high end gear but if it doesn’t work out they’ll try and deny a return for bubble wrap and charge a 20% restock fee. Would be 1 star except a sensible manager repacked after I offered $20 for a few inches of bubble wrap. Btw, if you say “I can’t resell this this way” that tells me you sell returned as new....

I love the store, but always seems to take forever to get checked out. I especially like Eric, as he is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have done business with them, numerous times. Just beware of the hours posted on line, as this stores hours are different than the downtown store.

Looking for a starter DLSR for my wife. The sales woman was excellent. She was very patient, answered all our questions, even some silly ones and made sure we had the best deal they had to offer. She even gets a free class to get started. Excellent experience.

Amazing service. Went in today with my 24-70mm not focusing properly, I was greeted by a guy named Anthony who asked me what issues I was having. I explained to him what was going on, he proceeded to take a look. After about 5 minutes of a little fixing, my lens was good as new & working great! Anthony really saved the day for me, I was scared it was gonna cost me hundreds but he got it fixed easily! Very knowledgeable guy & very friendly as well, even showed me how to remove/put in rolls to my film camera & helped me get one developed! A+ service as always.

I have visited twice in hopes of upgrading lenses and had a terrible experience both times. If you’re not a professional, don’t bother shopping here. They make it clear they don’t want to be bothered with you and have no interest in helping you learn or improve. I had heard great things before visiting and was so disappointed in how I was treated.
