Today I was 10 minutes late. I called and informed them of this. They told me that they couldn’t get his vaccine done for two more extra months!! He would be 4 months!!! My son has also had alot of bloody stools and choking while he eats. He spits up a lot and often. Like 3 times per feeding.I’ve called their dumb nurse link like 3 times Since Saturday and they kept saying he has an appointment on Wednesday. Whelp now it’s July 28!!! The office lady was so so so rude. No care at all. She talked over me and told me to find someone else. Why do people act like this ??
Dr. Robert came highly recommended and he did not disappoint! We brought our nicu baby to see him the day after we were sent home and he has put all our worries at ease and talks through all our options with us. We love the staff and appreciate how quickly they can fit us in if we have any concerns that arise. We would recommend this clinic and especially this pediatrician to anyone!
I have seen Dr Robert and his staff for 2 years. I have had great experiences throughout my son's growth and development and will continue to use them as my family grows. Dr. Robert is knowledgeable and really takes time to discuss your child and their development with you. He's also very supportive of crunchy parenting decisions attachment parenting, long-term breastfeeding, cosleeping, delayed vaccines, etc. I have felt comfortable, informed and supported as I have navigated parenting decisions with the guidance and knowledgeable input from Dr Robert and his staff. I highly recommend them!!!
We have been seeing Dr. Robert for over 10 years, he's the only physician I really trust with the kids. We have seen other doctors in that time period, but keep coming back, making the 45-60 minute drive because he is the best. Yes he is sometimes hard to get in to see, but that should tell you something. He's always given us the impression that he is deeply concerned for the well being of us as a family, putting our health and appropriate treatment over trends, drugs and another concern.
Dr. Robert is such a wonderful and gifted doctor. He is so down to earth and positive. He truly loves kiddos. When my daughter was born with a rare food allergy, Dr. Robert helped educate us, inform us of our options, and supported us in all of our decisions. He fully supports including parents in plan of care and does not EVER tell you what to do. He knows and respects your knowledge as your child's parents and primary advocate. He serves as a secondary advocate and really helped us keep optimistic during the difficulties of food trials, fails, and vaccines. Dr. Robert does not treat based on a black and white policy but what is truly BEST and SAFEST for every individual child. The care my three children and I have received from Dr. Robert is invaluable and irreplaceable. We recently moved to NY and we already deeply miss Dr. Roberts care as we struggle to find anyone here who will give us anywhere near the care we received from him and his staff.
Dr Robert has been our pediatrician over 10 years. We love him and definitely recommend him and the staff. 10/10
Dr. Robert is amazing! He has been my children's dr for 3 years. He is extremely compassionate and always takes the time to answer my questions, not to mention my kids love him. So thankful to have such a great Dr.
We value Dr. Robert for using both his wisdom and medical studies in his practice. Heavy Meds & Antibiotics aren't his "always go-to for" minor issues and ailments as his wealth of knowledge is used for both health and healing. We TRUST his guidance, opinions, treatment plans and diagnosis and he truly seems to be interested in the health, development and outcomes of our 3 kids who have seen him since birth. HE IS A GEM.
We love Dr. Robert and his staff! They are such a pleasure to work with and are great with kids. Because he is in high demand he only accepts newborn patients so if you are pregnant that is a good time to contact them.
We primarily see Dr. Robert for both of our boys. With our first born, we went through a lot of skin and health issues. When all other eczema treatments had failed our son, Dr. Robert listened and was supportive when we approached him with a different treatment - the Aron Regimen AR. He saw firsthand the change in our son soon after we started the AR and thanked us for not giving up! We love nurse Javonah! She prayed over our son and us during our hardship. The entire support staff and the nurses some are no longer there are very kind and super sweet. We’ve also had the privilege of being seen by Dr. Scott. He is certainly fun and is very nice! We know that our boys will he taken care of no matter how stressful it may be taking our boys for an appointment.
