We had our 5 year old son go to Dr Greg A Roberts for a mandatory tooth extraction. We chose this dentist based our insurance and age of our child. They have 2 different offices, and we had to drive to the Ogden location. Because our child needed to fast before surgery we had to have the earliest time and they only have morning appointments in Ogden. We go back to the procedure room and they have an 'special' anesthesiologist there to help put my son under. Our 5 year old wouldn't hold still for an IV because he was afraid, in a traumatic turn of events they ask us to hold our son down and give him a shot of ketamine in the butt. We waited in the waiting room during the surgery. Approximately 10 minutes later we were told they are done and my son is sitting in the hallway in a recliner alone waiting to wake up, they've already moved onto the next patient. We sit with him by ourselvesfor about 30 minutes. We stop a dental assistant and ask if we are ok to leave. The dentist didn't give us a pre or post operation review or speak to us at any time. We didn't receive a bill for this operation for 7 months. The bill is showing 45 minutes of a specialist monitoring him, in reality NO ONE sat with him except my wife and I and the operation took approximately 10 minutes. We called to get an explanation of our bill and Jill was unable to answer our questions clearly and unable to speak with any sympathy for our situation. To say we are disappointed in the way they handled the procedure and billing is an understatement. We will not be returning to this dentist office and we do not recommend anyone to go to this dentist.
They are awesome! Personl and professional. They always greet me by my first name and are very good at what they do.
Dr. Robert's was great. Had a couple of wisdom teeth removed. The surgery was smooth. I would certainly recommend him.
Dr. Roberts and his staff were great! They truly understand tooth pain and don’t underestimate it. My tooth extraction went smoothly and quickly. I have some gnarly big stubborn teeth. Most dentists in the past with all the extractions I’ve had simply didn’t have the bedside manner or caring attitude of Dr. Roberts and his staff. They have a fun friendly atmosphere that’s never seen in any dental offices I’ve been to. And I’ve been to many unfortunately. Again, the most important thing to me was their understanding of tooth pain. Not everyone is the same in that department, and I don’t do well at all with it. Super nice guy! Highly recommend Dr. Roberts to work on your teeth, and relieving the pain during and after.
Dr Robert's has done all 4 of my boys wisdom teeth extractions. They are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. I have one more boy to go in a few years and he will do his as well. Highly highly recommend!!!!
I've never been completely numb during any dental procedure. That's one reason I've put off going to the dentist and used holistic approaches instead. Dr. Robert was able to get me completely numb and did a great job with my broken tooth. Thank God for people who know what there doing. I'd recommend him to everyone! Especially ones who are in need of professional dentistry. His staff was also great, kind and knowledgeable.

I had a procedure with implants just prior to Covid in 2019. My local oral surgeon moved to Iowa from Richfiel Utah. I began to have pain and an infection in 1 of the implants. I called Dr Greg Roberts office and they scheduled to see me for consultation very next morning. I had to drive approx 3 hrs. It was so worth it. He looked at the implant and instead of consult, he did some gum work to allow an opportunity to save the implant. He was so kind, as well as the entire staff. Very knowledgeable and such a great cost that I could afford. I have no problem driving that distance to see Dr Roberts as it was such an enjoyable and comfortable visit. I will continue to use him as he is so very competent and talented. I was at ease with his staff and the process. Thank you so very much Dr Roberts and staff for your concern and compassionate treatment. Such a joy!
We originally found out about Dr.Roberts from my niece who had her wisdom teeth taken out with him. She lives pretty far from his office-- so I knew right then that he must be something special because I'm sure there were other oral surgeons closer to her that she could have gone to instead. But her mom chose him... Since then, 2 of my older kids have had their wisdoms taken out at his office and one of my younger kids needed teeth removed for braces, and he took them out for us. Going back as many times as we have is also a testament that I trust my kids with him. He has really kind office staff and dental surgical assistants/nursing staff. They have always been nice to us each time we've been there. In addition, Dr.Roberts also has a really terrific bedside manner that many dentists & doctors don't seem to have anymore. He is always attentive to his patients and their pain levels-- we experienced that with my 2nd kid who's mouth was sore & hurting a lot longer than usual, and Dr.Roberts was very careful to make sure nothing was infected on his extra follow up visit before he treated his residual surgical pain. I am just really thankful that we found Dr.Roberts, because my other 2 kids will need him to take their wisdoms out later on. He's the oral surgeon I trust doing their teeth extractions and the one they are comfortable with already, which is why my 13 yo opted to go to him for his extractions rather than a regular dentist this past week. I would have no problem recommending him to others if they were in need of an oral surgeon.
I haven’t seen a dentist in 30 years. The office staff was very kind and helpful in setting me up and helping with the insurance. I had only one extraction and they were very thorough with explaining the process and possible outcomes. They were exceptionally clean with the procedure both during and after. I really appreciated There honest care for my health
