LOVE THIS PLACE.. Love being able to go into a place where they treat you like Family. Very Respectful and Sincere. They are there to Help out the Customers how ever they can. So nice!! I recently got engaged and am still not used to this rock on my hand and while putting up Christmas decorations I smacked it on a wall and I started hearing a jingling sound! My grandmother suggested to go by there and they were so nice. They looked at my ring and told me the main stone was loose and fixed it in less than 5 minutes right in front of me! Also, they have the most beautiful jewelry and helpful staff!

We have lived around the world and have never had better customer service than here at Robichaus jewelry. We will from now on, only do jewelry business with them, when we visit home with family there in Vidor. They made us comfortable, educated us on how things should look etc. And broadened my options on what I wanted. We are very grateful for the kindness they showed towards my husband as a military service member. We highly recommend Robichaus jewelry hands down over any other place, and we did shop around in the golden triangle before making our purchase there.
10 out of 10! I would highly recommend Robichau's Jewelers in Vidor, Tx. Great customer service from the initial phone call to the finished product. Gary Robichau is the owner and he personally does the repairs on the jewelry. Gary listened to my concerns and what I wanted done and then did an exceptional job on repairing my ring. They gave me an estimate of a week to have it ready, but miraculously had it back to me on the same day. I was so excited with tears when Gary was able to repair my ring back to its original state. I have had my ring for 35 yrs and was very sentimental about this experience. Background: I had originally taken my very expensive ring to a different jewelry store in Beaumont Tx to simply have it resized and my diamonds secured. They forgot to check my diamonds! Yet, one of the prongs was bent while with them. During the resizing, they did not correctly fit my engagement/wedding ring setting. There was a huge gap between the rings, which was obvious even on the before and after photos. The owner did not feel it was significant and spoke condescendingly to me and insisted the rings were done correctly. He did offer to have the jeweler come in and answer my concerns, but by that point, I had lost confidence in that shop and so declined to have them touch my ring again. I took it to 3 other jewelry shops that agreed the bands were not put back together properly and several stones needed the prongs tipped. Out of those 3, I chose Robichau's to do the work.
Needed a battery in my watch, and a few links taken off, found this store close to home, had a great experience had my watch taken care off, the lady was very nice , very friendly I will definitely be back for other thing I need some on some of my jewelry, they also have a nice selection of watches and jewelry.
