Lovely spot on the Asbury Park boardwalk. It's great to be able to have food seated and served out there. The fried zucchini spears were just ok. The bucket margarita was fun and pretty decent. Turkey burger was fine.Food: 3/5
Really enjoyed this spot midweek. Excellent service for us and our pup. Nachos were excellent not gigantic but really tasty. Great spot for a September afternoon.Food: 5/5
Robinson Ale House, right near the Asbury boardwalk, is a culinary haven! Their tomato soup with grilled cheese is a must-try. The fish and chips are crispy perfection, and the wraps are fresh and satisfying. Great service and reasonable prices make it an absolute delight!
Very good and clean food...doesn't feel too fatty or salty. Dining on the boardwalk is amazing and the staff was great. This was my third time here. Vegetarian options: Beyond burger. Veggie burrito bowl. Kid-friendliness: They had kids cups
Been here several times but first time reviewing. Went to this location, right on the Asbury Park boardwalk. on a mostly cloudy and windy Saturday for a late lunch/early dinner. Place was packed. Chose to sit outside but the wind made it too cold. The hostess and manager were extremely accommodating and set up an extra table for us inside! There’s an extensive tap beer menu of craft, mostly local brews which is a real plus. Served ice cold. Decent wine and speciality cocktail list too. We had a flatbread appetizer that was average and but too undercooked for our liking. For main courses, had the meatloaf and the stout braised short ribs, both of which were delicious, along with the veggie sides and mashed potatoes. The biggest plus… good ocean views from almost any seat and the Al fresco option.
Nice place to hang out with friends & family. Outdoor seating & indoor seating available. Outdoor seating with the beach view. Kinda pricey menu with a not so heavy quantity but overall good for the ambiance .Food: 4/5
My mom and I visited the Robinson Ale house after a wedding about 30 min away and we wanted to go take a walk and check out the beach! We had a great time and really enjoyed our server Allie! She was very attentive, helpful and answered our tons of questions lol. The bartender Mike, also saw us walking around looking for a charger, and offered to charge our phones for us which was so nice!! My mom got a glass of cab, I got the smoky mexcal guava drink, shared the baked goat cheese and I got the mezcalun, feta, cranberry salad and my mom got the couscous salmon salad. We were tempted to get dessert by the delicious platter they brought out, but were unfortunately, ultimately too full and had to decline!
Great place to grab lunch and good drinks. Service never disappoints. I always prefer outdoor seating. Cool vibes on the weekend.Food: 4/5
Nice place and atmosphere. Although I forgot to snap some pics but the food is very good. Cheesesteak spring rolls were delicious! Customer service was good. Prices were also reasonable. Drink menu is plentiful. All in all a great place in asbury. I do miss the big carafe of water they used to give with the lemons. And I seen the bathroom floor was extremely slipperyfor some reason Other than that , the place is nice and I do recommend stopping in .
It was a great place to relax by the beach! Good service and good bar food! Outdoor seats are of course to go! Even a great place for a drink or two!Food: 4/5
