Great dental treatment! No long wait times--The staff is always very polite and courteous every time I visit the office. I have been a patient at the Lake Charles location for over 10 years-- with no regrets. The quality of professionalism and service they provide will change your mind about going to the dentist.

Please do not come here. I came her twice and regret both dental visits. I’m reminded everyday of how awful the male dentists work is. He introduces himself behind you. Talks about what he’s doing for his weekend with his assistant. Does a quick job. Quick meaning he will NOT keep the opening of your tooth that has a cavity small and conservative. He will shave off your healthy tooth leaving you something small that will need a cap or root canal in the future. It’s so sad. I’m 30 and have along life ahead to be using my teeth! I had a surface cavity and he shaved off most of my healthy tooth. Leaving me a small back molar.  My front tooth with cavity he did such a poor job when I floss it cracks in between. He didn’t even bother flossing in between my tooth after the job was done.  The place is clean but clearly is over staffed. To many people means too much overhead and it reflects in there prices even after dental insurance.  You won’t be able to talk with dentist about your X-rays, instead they send a women in with a piece of paper saying what’s wrong and how much everything will cost. She speaks in dental terms which is no help…  On top of it all my bad luck they lost all the dental X-ray records meaning I would have to go back there for complimentary X-rays. No thanks . Save your teeth and go somewhere else. 1 star to clean place -and friendly dental assistant plus the blanket they let you use. 0 stars to the dentist who worked on my teeth.  *Word of advice, be conservative with people’s teeth. Stop wanting to do root canals for minor things. Put your patients first, think of your weekend after work! Once again steer far away from this place.  Also I was a patient twice both on a Friday! Literally the best dental office. They strive for excellence in dental care and surpass their goal in doing so every single day. 10/10 recommend to anyone whether it be you need a routine check up, cleaning and x-rays or you’ve put off the dentist for several years and are nervous to go back. If you step foot into their office, you won’t regret it and will receive the most superb dental treatment the environment is relaxing and you can get your oral hygiene taken care of and back on track. Give them a call if you are reading reviews, and on the fence you will not be disappointed.

I’ve always had severe anxiety about going to the dentist and today was my first time going to Robinson Dental Group and Dr Sara and her assistant were so caring, compassionate and patient with me! Definitely a top notch facility. It’s so nice to have a dentist that actually cares about the comfort of their patients!

Going in for my visit I had made the assumption that the recommendation would be for me to have a tooth polled. Good advice was given to me, and I’m going to be able to keep my tooth!  That shows me just how professional this Dental office is. I can trust them. That’s really a nice comforting feeling.

I have a special needs son, and this was our first time going. We went because we desperately needed someone locally who did sedative dentistry! And it was absolutely the best we’ve experienced!! The staff was very compassionate. And Dr. Sarah was wonderful!! I would recommend Robinson Dental to anyone who has a special needs child.

Everyone I came into contact with was awesome! Everyone was friendly,  caring and very concerned. Concerned about my wellbeing and providing quality service. Also very knowledgeable.  I highly recommend.

I've been needing a cleaning and x-rays done for too long now. Robinson Dental was very gentle, quick, and thorough. They gave me quotes on everything I was interested in and explained everything to me. The whole time they made sure I was comfortable. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend this group.

Your staff made a horrible situation better. The assistant that did my X-rays was kind and took the time to explain everything to me. She waited with me and talked with me, and she was just a joy. So was the lady that came in to give me the shot? She was really nice and took the time to explain what she was doing, and what I was going to be feeling. The doctor was good as well. It was hard for the tooth to come out and he kept asking how I was doing and if I was hurting. Getting the broken tooth pulled was traumatic but your staff made it so much better.

Thanks to Robinson Dental Group - Dr Sara Phillips & her assistants for great service.  Today was my first visit and everyone was so nice, friendly and very professional!  They made sure I was comfortable at all times and everything that was done was explained thoroughly.  I will definitely be back and I would highly recommend them.
