Mr. Robinson was awesome! Unfortunately the initial bed I purchased wasn’t able to bae taken up the stairs. After a valiant attempt to make it work, Rob was honest and let me know that it wouldn’t work and another selection would need to be made. He went above and beyond to ensure that both my partner and I would be just has happy with the 2nd selected bed, as we were with the first chosen one. I appreciate his diligence to ensure the best customer service experience possible. I would definitely do business with his again.
I recently purchased items from them and they were delivered the very next day. When delivered I had an hour long lunch break and they were able to get nothing things together quickly with time to spare before I had to get back to work. Kim was beyond helpful and she was not like most pushy sales people. She heard my request and was able to meet them and fast. I was able to get financing and I have low monthly payments that wont brake the bank. They were even able to price match a local stores price so they could keep me as a customer. I love my new furniture and I would recommend them to anyone.

I highly endorse this furniture company. I have purchased from them several times. Most that know me know I like nice things. Not only can you get nice furniture from them but you get it at a nice purchase price. They even have reasonable financing options. Progressive leasing provides financing options for a lot of major companies in the United States. I thought about it, why should I go to a big-name furniture store to possibly use the same financing company when I can support a locally owned and operated business like this. Robinson’s furniture has amazing customer service. They will walk you through the purchase step-by-step. Also, they are prompt when it comes to delivery/installation of your furniture. Lastly, I’ve had some of my items for about two years. Everything that has been purchased is still in good shape. The two gentleman arrived on time as expected and even texted me thirty minutes prior to arrival to let me know they were arriving soon. They were professional, courteous and they set everything up with care. I love my new bed! I will definitely be purchasing more from them in the future!

Boy let me tell you this was the best furniture experience by far!!! I called to acquire about the living room furniture and my set was delivered in literally like 5 days! They were so professional even when I called being worrisome lol about the pricing being somewhat skeptical at first because I was naw this process was too easy but it was true and I absolutely love my furniture set so don't waste your money or time with them other high tail brands that beat you across the head for nothing shop here!!
