The online 'book ahead' option is awesome to schedule a time frame to come in and not just have to walk in and wait forever. When I arrived I was taken right back and quickly met with the medical providers who were all very helpful and seemed to really want to help me feel better. Will definitely drive out to this urgent care again in the future!
I can't recall the last time I experienced such polite and genuinely helpful staff and such professionalism from the clinical perspective. I went in concerned and scared and left reassured everything was fine and felt such a sense of relief. Other health care systems could take a chapter from UH Urgent Care's book. Thank you.
Easy to sign up online for almost no wait. Uploaded my insurance and ID online and only needed to pay once there. Facility was clean and staff were great. Quick diagnosis of my pink eye and I was out the door in 25 minutes start to finish. Prescription sent directly to pharmacy so it was ready when I got there. I would recommend this Urgent Care!
Very friendly and helpful. The entire staff created an atmosphere where the patient feels like their needs are being met. Everyone went out of their way to take care of my issue.

I had THE BEST team of caregivers today! I sliced my foot open and needed stitches. I was by myself and the nurse held my hands while I had to get numbing injections in my foot. The provider/NP was absolutely amazing as well! They were both very kind, caring and attentive to my needs. They went above and beyond to make sure I had excellent care! Very grateful for them in my unfortunate situation of needing stitches! THANK YOU MANDY NP & NATALIE RN for all you do! You both have an amazing heart and wonderful personalities!
I brought my son in for Strep tonight. He has been getting it monthly and it is frustrating- but Bridgette, the receptionist was welcoming, kind, very professional and assertive. Amber MA was patient and kind. Rachel the NP was fast, but thorough and kind and patient with my son. In and out in less than an hour! Highly recommend UH Streetsboro urgent care for our healthcare needs when our doctors are not in!
I am very pleased with the service I received at UH Urgent Care in Streetsboro. Everyone was so nice and efficient and I was in and out in a jiffy. Definitely a very positive experience for me.
I’m from Michigan and was in town for a concert when I came down with a bad sinus infection. My husband located the urgent care and we were both very impressed with the prompt, efficient treatment I received. We were in and out in less than an hour. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. The PA who examined me was thorough and explained everything in detail so I understood what was going on and why he prescribed certain medications. I recommend them 1000%!
The staff were all very friendly and quick. They worked well together, and our nurse was insightful to rule something out that my son had no symptoms of because the treatment of what he did have would cause a reaction. To our surprise it was positive, and she avoided a potentially uncomfortable situation for him. We won’t go anywhere else. They were fantastic.
