Always a great experience here. The haply hour is AMAZING and the staff is even better! Happy hour is $5 for everything on the happy hour menu. Although smaller portions, can't get better bang for your buck! Margs are always fresh, and the atmosphere is perfect. We always find a way to squeeze into the bar.Food: 5/5
I came here because Mark Wahlburg was coming. This place was more than accommodating for me. I spoke to Karen ahead of time to explain my mobility issues and she explained how to use the rear entrance for my scooter. I had an amazing Chef Daniel rushed to assist with opening the door for me. The atmosphere was amazing and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I sat at the bar where my amazing bartender Allie who made the best Flecha margaritas. The Volcanic was absolutely amazing and the watermelon was almost just as good.I ordered the fried shrimp tacos. You get three soft shell tacos and they were to die for. I’ll definitely be a return customer. Thank you Rocco’s for an amazing time.
The fresh guacamole they make for you in front of you tastes fantastic. A must try. Chicken quesadilla was okay, had to pay an upcharge to replace pulled chicken to grilled chicken. The chicken in their Al Carbon was underwhelming, it's grilled and glazed chicken breast, which ideally should have been sliced and grilled for it to have typical Mexican char, the glaze they use to add flavor on the top of chicken breast was off putting they need to reinvent the recipe. Service and ambience were very good
For our last evening in Florida we reserved a table outside. They forgot our reservation and give us a table inside and we have to wait over half an hour. When we ate we ordered sour cream which came 10 minutes later than the food. the food was cold. later there was an employee in the toilet who didn't wash his hands!!!! also the toilet looks terrible. Pictures in the gallery. The health department has been informed.
This location is right down town. It’s a busy location as well as the restaurant. We were there to celebrate a birthday. Although we did not have a reservation, it was well accommodated. Staff were super friendly. The environment was a bit loud and fast pace. But service was not delayed. I enjoyed them preparing the guacamole right on the spot. Food was enjoyable. There’s indoor and outdoor seating as well as spaces to chill all around outside of the restaurant.
Another taco place had a 1 hour wait, heck no! We found Rocco's Tacos and got seated right away. Erin came right over and introduced herself. She is warm, friendly and has a great sense of humor! I had the chicken flautas and spicy beef soft tacos, they were so good! Thanks for a great night!Food: 5/5
I went yesterday to this location to celebrate my birthday. I had a reservation for 7:45pm and I arrived around 7:53pm. When we got there, we encountered a young blonde lady, with like blue eyes and I believed her name was Shay. The hostess. First she didn’t even acknowledge us, no even a welcome, secondly when I told her I had a reservation but I was like ten minutes late she told me I was going to need to wait because I came in late and she didn’t know for how long. We saw plenty tables free but not clean yet so we decided to wait around the door. While we were waiting, this lady help and sat around 4 people. A group of 4, another group of 3, a group of freaking 5 people! We literally told her like why you are letting all this people going and we are literally right her. She said “well you were late” I said that does not matter there are free tables now and I pointed all the people she sat right in front of me, I even pointed a clean ready table outside. Her best answer was well you didn’t told me you wanted to be outside we all said YOU DID NOT ASK, which we are all pretty sure is part of her job. Then after literally tell her we want outside she send us to a table close to trash. We have to tell the other guy that was no the table we just asked. We felt she was being VERY discriminating against us. She was rude, incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Nothing close to the customer service you expected when you are about the spend $300 and up in a dinner celebration. The music was blah, the whole night the DJ only played like I would said was electronic music, and there was not a vibe. I got order three drinks Rocco’s mango which it said it was the “stronger in the menu”. Strawberry basil and mojito. All pretty soft to be honest. I barely taste the alcohol. The tacos were okay, nothing special and way to spicy. I would said that the guacamole was one of the only good things yesterday haha. The place is cute but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone or go back myself.
Hard to beat the 1st class service. Drinks were plentiful. First time doing Sunday brunch. Highly recommended. I’m full !!! Zach was an exceptional server. And great with recommendations. Zack gets 5 stars Food: 5/5
The tacos needed a bit more flavour to bring everything together. The drinks were good but a little watery. Really cool vibes though, and our server was very friendly.Food: 3/5
Made a reservation for 1:30 and was seated right away on a Sunday for brunch. Host was friendly. A little busy but very nice. Our server hunter was super funny. He was sharp and didn’t make any mistakes or forget anything!! Loved having him as a server. The food was great as always and brunch was awesome.Food: 5/5
