Let me start by saying the food will be generic as it is a chain restaurant but none the less, it was still good. Came for happy hour! The bartenders were awesome, fast and friendly. The tacos came out extremely fast and were tasty. We ordered the Austin queso and that also, was tasty. The burrito bowl could use a little work but did the job. Watermelon margarita tasted great as usual. 3 bars In this restaurant which makes it easy to grab a seat during happy hour. And this is one of my favorite locations as the back seating area you are by the little lake.
I had a fantastic dining experience at Rocco's Tacos! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant and inviting. We started with their famous table-side guacamole, which was a delightful and interactive way to kick off our meal. The freshness of the ingredients really shone through in every bite. For drinks, we enjoyed their delicious margaritas. They were perfectly balanced and added a nice touch to our meal. The server was exceptional; their knowledge of the menu and recommendations made our choices even more enjoyable. Now, let's talk about the tacos. They were a true highlight of the evening. The variety of fillings and the authenticity of the flavors transported us to Mexico. Each taco was a burst of flavor, and we couldn't get enough. Overall, Rocco's Tacos offers a fantastic dining experience with its friendly staff, outstanding table-side guacamole, refreshing margaritas, and mouthwatering tacos. I can't wait to return for another memorable meal!
It's just amazing , the least thing to say about my experience at Rocco's Tacos , I have never experienced such delicious and delightful flavours before. Their tacos and qasedias were delicious and very fulling. The guacamole was fresh and well made , while the prompt and welcoming service brought the whole experience together to what could be described as a very lovely afternoon meal. Would highly recommend visiting this fine establishment and looking forward to my next visit.
Awesome location and views. Fantastic staff. If you like spicy food, then one should definitely try their hot sauce. Although I did not try table-side guacamole, but I am sure it would be worth watching it live prepared right in-front of you.Food: 5/5
Plenty of parking, and there's also valet parking for the place. Two bars inside and outside. The vibe and atmosphere was great. Played great music. The food was super fulfilling and delicious. Drinks were tasty. The portions for the food was huge. Bartenders were really nice and quickFood: 5/5
Damn.. my wife finally likes Tacos! We got table-side guac from Taite.. he was down to earth and made us feel welcome..our server Samm was nice and efficient. I had their house Margarita.. what it lacked in presentation was made up for in flavor.. we had the Macha Shrimp Tacos and Pork Belly tacos with Barria sauce for dipping.. the tacos were amazing but sloppy to eat so ask for extra napkins.. Will definitely come back. It is worth the trip.. so good!
Excellent experience from start to finish. Had dinner here with my family after a long day at the parks. First class customer service. The best guacamole EVER. Great food. Great drinks. Great music. Big thank to Mike & Frances. I will be back every time I’m in town.Food: 5/5
I’ve been debating my rating for this one and ended up at 3 stars. There are cons to this place but also pros that I’ve taken into consideration. For starters, it’s obvious that this is a well-known popular dinning establishment in Orlando. My partner and I went on a Friday night and it was full with a live DJ. The music was really good and the DJ knew how to keep the crowd going. Though, I have to say that if you plan on having a conversation, avoid the nights with the DJ. I could barely hear my partner they sat us next to the DJ so he resulted to just watching the game on the TV, while I danced/twiddled my thumbs. The drinks were also solid. I had a coconut mojito and it was really good. The guacamole was amazing! It was made in front of us and tasted so fresh and flavorful. Definitely a recommend item! The churros we had for dessert were also shockingly delicious! I was sure they wouldn’t be but wow, was I happy to be wrong! Another item that I would highly recommend. Now, unfortunately, the restaurant failed with the entrées. The chicken tacos were disgusting. My partner said they tasted like they’ve been sitting in a crock-pot for days and I couldn’t have said it any better. The pork was better but still eh, the steak were the best one. Very flavorful and cooked nicely. I messed up also by getting flour tortillas, instead of corn, so that’s totally on me. Having them in flour tortillas definitely hurt the experience for me. We also ordered a side of refried beans and I’ve had canned beans that looked and tasted better. These beans looked like they were out for ours before serving them to us. All in all, this is a place you go to for the experience and definitely not the food. It’s opened until 2 am. The service was good and the atmosphere/vibes were all there but not a place I’m totally dying to go back to. This is definitely more of a party spot or a place you go to when you want ok food that’s not a fast food chain.
The food is absolutely delicious! The steak was tender and flavorful as well as the chicken! You can customize your homemade guacamole to your liking, and it's prepared at your table. The atmosphere is perfect for large parties, an intimate dinner for 2 or just dining alone at the bar. This was my second visit, and the only thing different from our initial visit was the service. It's was slow and inconsistent even with having 2 servers. Our servers were slow with taking our drink and food orders and forgot a few of the drink and food order items. Rather than everyone being served together, six of us in total. Our meals were brought out one at a time and took anywhere from 2 minutes to 15 minutes between each meal served. This restaurant, by far, deserves a 5 star rating, and if we had better and consistent service, it would have received 5 stars. We were super excited to take a few of our out of town guests to this restaurant, and we raved about the service and food we received on our initial visit. Needless to say, they loved the food and was disappointed about the service. We plan another visit soon in hopes the service we received this visit was out of the norm. Despite our most recent experience, it's still worth your time and money. We spent around 210 dollars, including tip and a couple of spirits for 5 adults and 1 small child. Excellent date night spot and even better 1st date spot.
Taco bell + valet and heels. I left and went to Publix because I was hungry and wanted food with flavor. It's possible had all the Mexicans not been exiled the chorizo wouldn't have been ground beef and the tacos wouldn't have been on flour tortillas. Also possible the chicken enchiladas would have had seasoning. I rarely send food back, but I couldn't force myself to eat it. The beans were from a can, and I think there was a three year old making the rice. Upon arriving the place is lively and there's a wait, but after the experience I'm unsure of what they were waiting for. There's only one place I've been that makes guacamole at the table and it's On the Border. Honestly I'm at a loss for words, possibly everyone was drunk and high, or maybe they were suffering from heat exhaustion and delirious. I'm unsure, but one thing I'm sure of is if anyone ever mentions this restaurant chain to me again I like throw salt in their face. With inflation what it is, I cannot afford to spend money on trash unless it's bags. The reviews said 4.4 out of 7k, the test results came back, and that was a lie. 10 out of 17 would never visit again. In other news, our waitress was lovely.
