SHOCKED. Very disappointing spa experience! I am so sad, because the lifetime staff is usually so kind and courteous. Melanie gave me a pedicure and the only time she every spoke to me during the service was to make rude, derogatory remarks. She asked if I’d been “playing in the mud” completely dumbfounded before my service and very rudely asked when my last pedicure was. I work outdoors in Colorado with children. Yes, I was aware I needed a pedicure- that’s why I scheduled one. She didn’t even bother to clean my nails and cuticles before slapping on polish, so I’ll be going home to do what I just paid someone else do it. Melanie really gave me such a bad taste for the whole lifetime experience today. I know they can do better.
Got a customized facial today from Sophie. Wow, just wow. Fantastic experience from start to finish, so relaxing, everything smelled so good, and my skin looks and feels amazing. Highly recommend!
I just moved here from Albuquerque and had a hard time finding a massage therapist until I saw Jenna! She is phenomenal. She used cupping, scrapping, and other massage techniques. She’s professional and very good at making me feel comfortable. Her work is fantastic. I always feel great when I leave and even better the day after. I will continue using her services every three weeks or so. Thank you!
Autumn was the best Massage Therapist i've ever had. She took her time, i did not feel that she was rushed, very thorough in helping to relieve upper back pain and shoulder pain caused from working at a desk for years. She knew how to loosen and workout the painful knots, then at the end she highly recommended drinking natural 100% cherry juice to help detoxify the muscles immediately after therapybesides drinking lots of water, which is customary.
