My husband and I cannot thank Patricia Sims enough for helping us find our dream home! She was so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, and as first time home buyers, we had a lot! Patricia took the time to explain each part of the process and any paperwork we needed to review or sign. She was also incredibly accommodating of our work schedules and was willing to have phone conversations at 7pm or even 8pm - as two people who have limited access to our cell phones at work and long commutes, my husband and I were so incredibly grateful for this! There is none better then Patricia Sims! I moved from Arizona looking for a house to rent for me and my family. I was lucky to have Patrica. She treated me like I was family . She listened to me on what I was looking for and showed me what I might want, and why other ideas i had might not work. When we found a house , she took the time to do a walk through and pointed out damage to the Renter I shouldn't be responsible for. When we save enough money to buy a house, we are calling Patricia Sims. YOU SHOULD TOO!!

Lisa Modisett was great. She helped us find a home for school and was very patient and understanding of our needs. When it was time to move away and sell the property she took care of everything. She was very proactive and helped us get the most money for our home. Highly recommended.
