MORE SUGGESTED USES: HOT, MILD, SWEET
Jalapeno (HOT) - Eat on TACOS - (Any taco and/or Mexican Cuisine)....
Tomato (MILD) - Mix with the (HOT) and create a great tasting Salsa to your level of heat (rule-of-thumb, the "greener" the mixture of the two (2) sauces the hotter it will be).....Great on white corn tortilla chips...
Pineapple (SWEET) - Do two (2) things right away:):)....
1) Mix with Philadelphia Cream Cheese and create an awesome dip/spread for Ritz Crackers and/or warmed/toasted Bagels.....
2) Mix with the (HOT) and marinade some chicken breasts/steaks/ribs/pork tenderloin/shrimp/turkey/deer/wild game/lamb over night (sometimes we let the meat marinade for a couple of days in the fridge) and then cook your meat the next day (bake/fry/smoke/grill).... Then mix the two (2) sauces again (not what you marinated your meat in - (THROW THAT AWAY!) and add honey/mustard/brown sugar/BBQ Sauce and BASTE YOUR MEAT ON THE GRILL WHEN THE MEAT IS ALMOST DONE......
