Super convenient location. Was in and out for blood work

My doctor was fabulous as was the medical staff.

This lab says open until 6. I was here at 4:50pm and the sign says they close at 4.

The waiting area was comfortable but the wait was long. The service was very good but there was a lot of waiting in waiting and treatment rooms.

Faith is an excellent phlebotomist. She is kind, personable and she got my blood on the first try. The wait time was short and care was excellent. Thank you!

Only one on staff long wait

Very pleased! Staff is extremely friendly and they did a great job taking blood sample! Kept me calm and only had to poke me once ! Very impressed.

I was extremely disappointed with this site. I brought my 2 year old son here to have blood work done. We have come here multiple times because of how conveniently close it is to our home. We have had issues before, but tried one more time to go here. We will not be going back as the tech was very impatient with my son and borderline rude because of how upset he was getting. The lack of patience and bedside manner was very upsetting.

The waiting room is too small. The computer check-in was confusing for a lot of people. There were no toilet covers in the bathroom and the sanitary wipes box had 2 left and the receptical for the paper was by the door. The place looked like it was a medical facility in progress.

I've been here a dozen or so times and never once have had an issue. Sometimes the blood draw procedure can take a little longer than I'd like but I think that is a matter of the number of the tests being done rather than a reflection on the quality of the care being given.
