Honestly, the best office I've ever been to. I had been going there for about 5 years before moving and even delivered my baby through RGH. The midwives are so sweet, and all the doctors are great. The waiting area was always clean and everyone was always super friendly.

While talking to multiple receptionists and being moved to different suites can be inconvenient and annoying, especially when your my chart says one suite but it's another, overall been pleased with the CNM's at this center.

As a healthcare worker for over 16 years I was extremely disappointed in the staff here and would not recommend. I was not treated kindly here by the staff. I was spoken to very rudely and given false information regarding what " all insurance never cover" when I have the plan and know what my plan does and does not cover. This office could have easily called my insurance company to verify but instead decided speak argumentative with me which I felt was highly un professional. They pretty much blew off my concerns. And never returned my phone calls .I feel it just comes down to laziness in my opinion. I had higher expectations for a Rochester facility which is why I traveled a long distance to come here. However it was a true waste of my time. I have absolutely no complaints about the doctor as he was awesome. However as a nurse myself who has worked in a doctors office I know that nothing goes to the doctor without first going through the nurse or other medical support staff. And that is where the fault was. I have never felt so disrespected, and I was always nothing but polite while calling. Thankfully I found another office who's staff actually checked my insurance and realized" hey this procedure that usually isn't covered by MOSt insurance companies is actually covered by this onewwithout any precert. And 100% covered" instead of being rude and argumentative before they actually checked their facts. ".

The nurses were kind, however I did not feel comfortable or fully listened to at this site. While I do think my Dr. wanted to provide me with a diagnosis, the process felt rushed and I believe the resources/staff are spread too thin.

Worst women center. The ladies all are mixed in time schedules . Please save your time and go to another women center . I did not feel comfortable i did not feel listened to and as an emergency appointment, i was treated very unprofessional and horrible

A safe place for all women’s gynecological needs. The staff is on top of health concerns. The head LPN, is excellent. A supernova amount the other bright stars in this office.

Very nice place, just that secretary be giving attitude but nurses are very kind and very helpful, love it

I am a paitant at the woman center doctor mamoohd did my tubal riversal an after 10years of not having a baby i gave birth yesterday 12/16/21 to a beutifull baby boy this doctor is great God bless him always for making my huspand an my dream of having more kids come true

They let a whole group of students in during my colposcopy, knowing I had anxiety, without my permission. My doctor was arrogant and pushy.

No way. Terrible misdiagnosed my infections wrong medication and I was running to urgent care. I had two infections at a time and I had to wait 3 days for results. I kept getting infections
