I switched one of our business accounts over to Rock Canyon last year, after that I ended up switching all of my accounts. It is a pain to switch bank accounts, but I have to say it was worth it to be with Rock Canyon! They are great to work with they really try to understand a entrepreneur and help where they can. Tyson Griffin has been great to work with they come to my business when I need them for a signing or something and make things so much easier! I can't recommend a bank more.
I'm in a process of switching our business account from AFCU over to Rock Canyon, it is for sure a pain to do this on an on-growing construction business, but I have to admit it, that every single day since I started the process have been worth it!! Ashley, Sean, Colby and the rest of the team are great to work with, they really try hard to help where they can and follow up closely. I HIGHLY recommend Rock Canyon bank to anyone and I will start doing that in person to all of my friends and family members!!
I’ve used Rock Canyon Bank for years and they’ve always been very easy and kind to work with. I’d been charged a fee once innocently, though it was my own fault, and I called to ask what I needed to do in the future to avoid such a fee. The teller told me and then removed the fee for me without me even asking. These guys are great! I’m moving out of state and need a bank with branches elsewhere...I’m very sad to be leaving Rock Canyon Bank!
I highly recommend Rock Canyon Bank. They have gone above and beyond to help me and my small business with financial needs and special circumstances. They truly care about their customers and even made a phone call, rather just sending an email, to offer reassurance that they were there to help. Have done business loans, SBA loans and dealt personally with this bank for many years. Very good people that work hard for their customers and personally take your needs into account. Have been happy with them almost totally.
I just have to say how incredibly kind everyone at the Orem office is. My son is autistic but works hard and is so proud of his paychecks. We go there every 2 weeks to cash his checks, last time our bus was late and we arrived 2 minutes after closing. A manager opened the doors for us, offered us bottled water and treats for the kids. The teller was so sweet. These are good people!
I love this bank. Everyone is always so friendly in here and eager to help us. We were with a larger bank before and the difference in service is amazing. I really feel like they care about our business and we aren't just another account number.
After being told they could submit info for our loans and we didn't need to be a member of their group, and after spending more than 6hrs getting the docs prepped for them and submitting so that everything was lined up for the opening date they email us and tell us that they decided that we needed to use a different bank to submit. The issue is that the info came too late, a total bait and switch.
I've been banking here for my personal and business needs for over 14 years. They make an honest effort to know who you are make it really easy to work with her loan officers.
