Customer service staff work hard to take care of you ASAP. The building is nice, administrators are kind and helpful. Whenever I have questions about paying utilities or any issues at my home, they handle it promptly.

Kudos to the Free bus service. Had a Sisters day today riding and sight seeing. Great drivers, friendly knowledgeable and informational. A great way to save gas and still make your stops...Good job, RH

Super Nice Set up my electric today! To do this you go to City Hall, downton Rock Hill. Once in the front door turn right and enter that door. There are five stations with Customer Service Representatives. There's a screen at a podium just a couple feet inside the door where you sign up. Patricie was the lady that did my paperwork. She was friendly, helpful and it only took a few minutes. It does take a deposit if you haven't lived in Rock Hill before but you do get that money back eventually. I have lived in the Carolinas before and never been late with a payment yet they still need a deposit. Just the way they do it here. So, $150 later my electric was good to go.

So I saw Huey Lewis and the News perform here. I did not want to pay for a ticket so I sort of hung around down the street behind the stage. Huey Lewis does a spin on stage and I get to see him head on. Something changes in a person when they look at Huey Lewis dead on. It was a very existential experience.

Awesome, nice place to park and decorated beautiful. Loved it.

Very nice and professional. Introduced me to some of the history, and planned future of this area.
