The Rock Island Public Library offers three locations - our historic Main Library downtown, the 30/31 Branch at 3059 30th Street and our Southwest Branch, at 9010 Ridgewood Road. All locations offer materials for all ages, free WiFi and public Internet and the ability to sign up for a free library card. Bring two forms of ID showing an address in either Rock Island or the Milan-Blackhawk Area Public Library District (Milan and surrounding areas.) Get more for your life at your Rock Island Library!
