We are one of the Rock Island Public Libraries. Library cards are free to residents of Rock Island, and of the Milan-Blackhawk Area Public Library District.

Residents of both Rock Island and those within the MBAPLD can get a Rock Island Library card, and use of all Rock Island Library services! Check your tax statement or contact our library for questions.Branch amentities include collections for all ages, curbside service, WiFi and computers, Library of Things collection, printing and copying, public events, and study tables.
