I was born and raised in Haiti, Post college in 2000 i moved to the US to join my dad with my family. I attended Southwest Florida College in 2001 while working full time in different retail businesses in fort myers. I dropped out of college to co- manage one of the biggest retail stores in the country. school was always a priority but it took me 9 years to switch gears and go back to school and have an AA degree in Web Development and a Master of Science in Ministerial Business Administration. Through the years i educated myself in many ways and dedicated in helping others. as an American Heart Association first aid and cpr Core Instructor i thought and certified many on the practice of saving others life in times of need.
After a wonderful family vacation in Key west Fl in 2012, I thought i found a permanent vacation spot that offered the Caribbean taste and ambiance, But another vacation to the Bahamas a few month later really changed my views. Though I always wanted to enjoy life by traveling around the world, but time was always a factor. Thought of many things but through my research and self-thought, i realize that REALESTATE would be one of the things that would allow me the time and freedom to do the things that i have always wanted. I fell in love with that thought, in 2013 i decided that i was going to school to be a real-estate broker. The quiet, friendly island life was a complete contrast to the get up and go, hustle and bustle life of going to work every day, and being a realtor give me that feeling back. and though the years I purchased homes in lee county, and reach a fair valued success that raising my family here would be ideal. I strive to be innovative and use technology to sell properties and provide The customers with information to help them make an informed purchasing decision. to make "The American dream an address for all".
I have been in the real estate services business in the Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Naples, and Bonita Springs real estate markets for many successful years and will be here for many more. Condominiums – While condominiums are residential, they’re a very different market focus, and I am an expert in evaluating condos and helping buyers and sellers to cope with the special financing and homeowner concerns for this property type.
Multi–family – Investors are great clients for me. Multi–family properties are a very unique market. The detailed return on investment and valuation calculations investors need to evaluate properties for rental are second nature to me.
