Rock Star Gymnastics Academy is a Recreational and Competitive Gym that wants to reach out in the South Bay community to give our Families Confidence, Discipline, Comradery, Support, Laughter & Friendship. We teach our kids to set goals... How to be modest when we achieve them... How to handle adversity when things don't go as planned... and how to lead a healthy and happy life with physical fitness as a part of their daily life.
We teach Kids to be Solid as a Rock... and Shine like a Star!
Our Kids Perform as early as 12 months Old!!!... And start Competing as early as 5 years Old!!!
We offer Gymnastics Classes to Ages 12 months... all the way up to 23 years!!!
Girls Participate in the 4 Junior Olympic Events: Vault, Bars, Beam & Floor.
Boys Participate in the 6 Junior Olympic Men's Sports: Vault, High Bar, Parallel Bars, Rings, Pommel Horse (Mushroom) & Floor.
We have Leotards, Shorts, Warm-Ups, Gym Bags, Otter Pops, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Tea, Apple Cider, Donuts... and Vending Machines with Water, Gatorade, Chips and Candy.
