Emily Kozel is the Owner Operator of Rockabella’s Cupcake trailer and along with her partner Nancy Carr, they combined have over 25 years in the food service industry.
Emily has baked her entire life and has decided what better way to work than to work within her passion….baking! She hails from the Midwest and has grown to love the East Coast since moving here in 2009 for family stationed at Ft. Bragg. When not working she can be found selling real estate, cooking, reading, listening to music, searching for rainbows, and loving her pup Sophie. Emily has a deep profound love of red lipstick, champagne and chocolate!
Nancy started baking with her family doing wedding cakes for their church in Michigan. Throughout college she studied baking at the French bakery Robaires. She also spent 4 years in the Army National Guard. Nancy enjoys singing Frozen with her son repeatedly followed by Everything is Awesome, in between watching Dr. Who! Also keeping her busy is planning her upcoming spring nuptials. Nancy has deep profound love of family, Dr. Who, Disney World, and creating edible art.
Rockabella’s is a unique locally owned bakery. Selling gourmet unique cupcakes, pies, cookies, seasonal breads and brownies out of a vintage food trailer. The Rockabella’s vintage cupcake trailer will be out and about the fayetteville area 2-3 times a week and will begin cruising around fully stocked with 4-5 of your favorite cupcake flavors.
