This is a gym where everyone is welcome regardless of skill level. If you are looking to get a great full body workout this is where you want to be
We have group session that start on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:45 to 7:30 pm & Saturday morning from 9:45 to 1130 A.M. We have wraps and gloves to use but it is always a good idea to get your own if you plan on attending long term. Personal Boxing sessions are available upon request. The group class is a "get fit not hit" workout also there is a fight team for those who want to compete.
