This is a fun shop to go to. We pretty much go here to pick up some sweets every time we visit South Lake Tahoe. This time on Sunday 3/26 and it’s no different. The place is fun, inviting, warm, and filled from wall to wall with candy, sweets, treats, anything you can think of. I found stuff from my childhood days. Expect to pay a little more for the treats but it’s worth it. I highly recommend paying this place a visit if you’re in the area. You won’t regret it.
Awesome selection of soda and candy. They have every kind of flavor. Also tons of candy to choose from. The signs on the wall are hilarious as well. Great customer service. Young girl at cash reister was very friendly and answered a couple questions we had.
Make sure to have your dentists number available after visiting here! So many types of candy. Unbelievable flavors of soda Great location! Brought my kids here while staying in Tahoe. They enjoyed seeing all the wild flavors of soda. The staff was friendly. I’d come back.
This candy shop is a dream come true for anyone with a sweet tooth. They offer a remarkable selection of rare candies, an exciting variety of soda flavors, and irresistible taffy flavors. The staff is friendly making the experience even more delightful. Prepare to indulge in a world of sugary bliss and leave with a bag full of happiness!
This place is legit. We got to little candy/soda shops all over the country and this place had one of the biggest selections of hard to find sodas we've ever come across. It's in a awesome location, tons of nostalgic candy and rare stuff from around the world, and staff was very sweet. This is gonna be a stop every time we go to tahoe from now on.
This place will take you back to your childhood no matter how old ya are ! They have it all, trust me . That candy that your grandma had as a treat, the one you loved going to the store to get .. they have it! The drink selection is crazy cool. Prices not to bad. They have bins in the back you can fill bags for a couple different prices. They are a chain store so if ya ever see one stop in.
Terrible experience. There was a teen male and a twenty something male at this establishment. The younger male walked twords the register punching some of the equipment creaing a disturbingly loud noise. Then immediately starts to panic and ask the other male for help, saying he got the register stuck and needs pliers. Two people walked out, putting their items back before leaving. After waiting for our turn, we discovered the hang-up. The cashier younger male was video chatting with a girl while checking out people. He had to ring our items up twice just because he wasn't paying attention to what he was doing with only one hand as he video chatted. Then he shoved all our items at us like we inconvenienced him during his date. His monotone recorded tone was like nails on a chalkboard for someone who has worked their way up and through life. I am super disappointed as we are owners in the area and have been patrons in the past. No customer wants to feel like this when looking for a fun experience. So sad for the owners. I hate leaving bad reviews. I wish them the best in finding new employees.
Every kind of soda you can imagine, and some you wouldn't want to imagine... "Bug Barf" flavor?? Lots of varieties of root beer, ginger beer, energy drinks, and tons of candy. It's not cheap. The best value is to buy 24 bottles of soda for approx $42. Fun store. Cool signs on the walls.
Awesome store for candy fanatics, and soda pop enthusiasts. Large selection and variety, fun place to visit.
They have a wide variety of candy and drinks. Cute store. Highly recommend.
