After having a new Dr. appointment to meet Dr. Ahmad, we were billed $320 after insurance paid. Waited til 2023 to call and make an actual physical with blood work. After the physical, I received a bill for $208 wanting to pay for a med recheck. I asked billing and the dr to recode as my insurance pays for an annual physical as I requested to begin with which they told me no because it was a follow up to the August first time visit. I told billing and the nurse and Dr. that he does not prescribe my meds I have a heart dr and they still said they would not re-code. I told them if they could not listen to my requests as to schedule a simple physical that I would be changing drs and they simply said okay!! Wowwww!

only reason I am give 5 stars is the doctor I had only reason she is not my doctor now is because mercy health isn't taking state insurance which is very sad! Especially in times like now!  Dr. Sandra Labak is such a amazing beautiful doctor who i had the honor to be able to see i recommend anyone to see her! She takes her time with you and treats you like she was treating a family member. She is theral and makes sure your health is good and helps gets you to where your health should be. I will miss her as I have state insurance and can't be seen there anymore, But if you are able to she is seriously number one, if it wasn't for her, I wouldn't be exercising, and eating right,she doesn't push you like some doctors do, she encourages you! Now aways it's hard to find a doctor you like thT will treat you how you should, and im telling you she is that doctor that everyone wants! Thank you Dr. Labak for treating me like a person and not just another patient!

Dr. Lupei actually did something about issues that other doctors brushed off. On the other hand her nursing/receptionist and lab staff lack knowledge on things and can be misleading I.e not informing you that a bill will be-oh I don’t know-$1,000 more than usual bc they didn’t warn you about labs needing to be sent to a hospital!! There’s also trouble getting refills for very simple meds like allergies or acne meds bc of strict follow up stipulations. I would rather see a specialist than pay another $100-$200 for a refill under $10

One does give a little lead way when being understandable but calling and to be put on hold 18 - 22 - and 35 minutes and still no answers is ridiculous. The system needs to be changed or hire someone more dependable to answer the phone.

The only place I'll go is alpine all great people and staff..

took my daughter to get checked for the flu and the doctor asked me if she has been around other children who may have the flu I said yes and with a simple answer the doctor diagnosed my daughter with the flu and that was the end of my visit... wish doctor Ortega was still there  looking to switch

Lab wait time terrible left out in waiting area with multiple screaming and crying kids. Asked how much longer was told going to be a while due to normal people not working in the lab and was very rude also.

I don't think they ever answer their phones anymore. All day today I've been trying to call and I've been on hold for 10 minutes each time. With the hold music playing. I think I may have memorized the entire song ‍ it's infuriating.

Doctors nice and quick to get in!

They go above and beyond. Amazing staff.
