The lack of air circulation was very annoying. The lack of seating was annoying, especially for those attending a birthday party or those not participating with activities. FYI, the party rooms should have a netted ceiling to prevent the loss of balloons. However, the manager Carmen was amazing and if I return to this location I hope she's assigned to our party again.
Very crowded in a Saturday with multiple birthday parties. Inadequate staffing and supervision of kids. Would be helpful to have a designated little kid area for safety. Only two water fountains that taste like chloride. Facility should provide a water cooler system. However, we still had a blast jumping together as a family.
I was here yesterday for a birthday party. Super unorganized place. The "hosts" didn't know which room the party was in. They make u fill out a super long waiver in the middle of a crowd so you could be signing away your rights without knowing. The place is small if you ask me. The couch to sit on looks like they found it in the dumpster. The party rooms are cramped n only have 1 way in and out. They make announcements on the intercom but you can understand anything. And there was an alarm going off the whole time. It was terrible.
Over crowded. Do not use this location for a bday party. Pizza was awful, like out of a gas station. Cold too. $10 for a fountain soda and small bag of chips. Your money doesn’t go far here. Staff didn’t seem to care about what was going on with the kids. Go to Connecticut for a better time.
There are way too many kids for the space provided. Kids run into eachother, jump all over eachother and fight over the amenities. The staff are friendly but do not have enough control over the guests. My daughter loves to jump but we will not be coming back anytime soon. There needs to be better organization.
The place is too small and overcrowded. It is complete chaos and unsafe. The place is too small and overcrowded. It is complete chaos and unsafe. Parents don't control their children, staff don't enforce any rules or they don't have any. Big kids are running around like animals all the time which is very dangerous for smaller childrens. This place doesn't care about your health or well being, all they care about is how much money they make daily.
We went to Rockin Jump Mt Kisco for my sons birthday a few weeks ago. My wife purchased tickets online for both of us, our son Nicholas and our daughter. Unfortunately when we got there and went in we saw that the large area in the back, which is ideal for our son who is diagnosed with Autism, was under construction. We were very disappointed because the website and social media made no notice of this. Had we known the large area was not available we would not have come. We tried to make the best of it because my son was excited but had to leave after about 20 minutes because Nicholas kept desperately trying to get back to the large area that was under construction. I was even more disappointed when I emailed rockin jump about the issue and never received any response. Only reason I am okay with 1 star here is because the yonug men working in the back were great with helping us keep Nicholas out of the construction area for the short time we were there.
This place is despicable! The staff is so unprofessional, we had a worker say to my African American son at neon night “I can’t see you monkey” the worker who said this is named Ryan. I also have seen a worker named Eric manger peg little kids with dodgeballs and curse at them. There has been many more workers that have done things like this, and many more that me and my son have witnessed. Theses are the only names my son knows this place is terrible my advice would to get new staff/mangers, get safer equipment, and also get better cameras. I also recommend not sending your child here.
This place is terrible. I brought my sister here on a saturday and it was so over crowded. I was getting yelled at for sitting on the trampoline area watching my sister. Staff is rude and has no respect for anyone. Huge kids are jumping with the little kids and kids are getting hurt left and right. There should be some kind of structure and order but there is absolutely none. I will never be back here ever again. Do not bring your children here if you want them to be safe because this place couldn’t care less about safety.
Alot of fights happened. Alot of bullying, alot of name calling to my kid. They were lucky i wasnt 9 or 10 years old. Kids getting beamed in the face with dodgeballs by 16 years olds. Unacceptable. Management enabling it, parents complaining and nothing being done about it. Dont take your kid here. Theres a kliq of kids that bully so ive heard from other parents. Not my kid, not having it.
