We just had my sons birthday here and it was such an amazing experience! I wanted to give a huge shout out to our host Noah he was the best and helped make things even more special for my boys 8th birthday!
Love this place for my kids to release energy the staff members are all competent and helpful! Pizza, drinks, and icee were tasty. Decent pricing definitely will be back many times.
Had a birthday for my 7 and 9 year olds and it was great. The kids enjoyed the many jumping based attractions, even my 2 year old had a safe place to jump. The whole event was smooth and our attendant Sebastian was amazing. Not only was he pleasant to interact with but with so many young kids our parties are usually chaos and yet he was able to tactfully keep everything on schedule, helped throughout the party, answered my questions, and allowed us to focus on the kids! Highly recommend.
Great place to tire out your kids whilst they’re exercising. It’s always humid inside, to hot for comfort. Massage chairs are a great addition.
I planned a field trip here in Vacaville during the summer for about 20 kids. They accommodated all my needs and were great with communication. Thank you to our party host Maddy for being fabulous and always staying one step ahead!
Amazing time for my 7 year Old's party. She had a blast and the price wasn't bad either. Overall a great time. Our host Noah also made our time there special. He was super attentive and flexible to our needs. It was nice not having to lift a finger to get this party taken care of. Great team with a positive attitude.
Smooth check in, all children/jumpers need a waiver signed before entry. We didn't have tickets or appt, that's ok during "open play" most hours. Each jump area is monitored by staff!! Rooms for parties, videos games and... Massage chairs for parents in jumping area to monitor from nearby and relax!! Wheel chair accessible entry, bathrooms and working lift to get up stairs to jump monitoring area! Easy parking. Snack bar with fryer, pizza, fries, nacho cheese, icees, chicken strips.
Don’t waste your money here. Constantly being hounded by staff while playing with and helping my younger child on the trampolines apparently you can’t kneel down or be on the same trampoline as someone else. One person at a time for everything. Staff very impatient with my kids for not knowing all the ridiculous rules that they have in place. Rules which, by the way, many other trampoline parks we’ve been to across the country don’t have. And the cherry on top, they made my son cry telling him he couldn’t jump after he had already been jumping for over half our jump time because he was wearing the wrong socks. If they’re so concerned with us having orange socks, why wouldn’t the staff at the front desk check to make sure we had the right socks before letting us purchase entry and go in? Don’t waste your money going here unless you’re interested in having no fun and you and your child being corrected and hounded the entire time.
Good place for kids to use up their energy.
This place really knows how to party! The kids birthday parties and packages are great! Megan was our party host and she made the best custom shirt birthday shirt for our son and handled everything perfectly! I highly recommend rockin jump for an afternoon of jumping fun and birthday parties!! Thank you Rockin Jump and Megan
