Great store to get jeans and work boots . They also have a wide selection of Western wear apparel.

Locally owned and the customer service is great. They will try their best to get you what you need.

We were in Uvalde Tx for a get together. Forgot my husbands dress shoes. We went into The store to see about a pair of boots. And as the previous reviews stated NO customer service at all. No knowledge of anything at the store. When questions were directed to the staff they looked at us like deer in headlights. My husband did bring it up to them that their customer service sucked and the stare they were giving us didn’t change. They offered us a receipt for our purchase then forgot to give us one. We had to remind them. Idk who the owner of the establishment is, But just because you’re the only western store in Uvalde doesn’t mean you have to have poor customer service.

Love this store! Moved to Concan 1 year ago and just discovered Rockin R about 3 weeks ago. Ordered a pair of boots for my hubs and they were perfect. Today I bought a pair of boot rugs and ordered a pair of boots. I’m anxious to get my beautiful boots. Very friendly and helpful employees. Today they helped each other out to get what I needed. Thanks gals!

My husband went into this store yesterday. The workers were rude, didn't bother to help him. He had found a belt that he wanted and bought it. He asked if he could use the bathroom and the workers told him that it was out of order even though he had just seen one of the workers come out of it and heard the toilet flush. When he went in he was thinking about buying some boots, a few dress shirts and the belt. He was the only customer in the store. He was so bothered by the way he was treated, he started to take the belt back only to be told that he could only get a store credit. He NEVER wants to go in this store again and we will make sure that everyone we know will NEVER go there. I CAN'T believe in this day that a small town store would be so unwelcoming!!!! BAD STORE!!!!!

Had a good time at Rockin R! May have spent a lot but got a lot of items on clearance. Definitely coming back!
