Was here today for the second time for a Covid booster and once again it was letter perfect! BUT I want to add, that I needed to consult with the pharmacist about a medication change and it was not even a prescription they had filled! Still, her patience and willingness to explain what I needed to know was unprecedented. You won't get that kind of service at CVS! Great job folks, I WILL be back for more than just boosters!

Amazing customer service. I was in desperate need of getting my meds outside of service hours and the staff was able to accommodate me to get my meds. Howard and team really came through. So thankful!

Best pharmacy! They are extremely accommodating and helpful! The owner had someone deliver a prescription on a Sunday when they were closed when we were in a pickle. They also compound the medicines.

The chief pharmacist and staff are wonderful. They are knowledgeable, willing to help and very kind. Today, I watched as they administered Covid-vaccines. Gladys, Jessica and Mary are organized, informative and very, very kind. They tended to anxious, nervous and some physically challenged patients with caring and patience, helping them with any concerns. Beyond the vaccines, my experience with prescriptions over the years has been excellent.

I recently completed both COVID vaccines at RC Pharmacy. It was organized and perfectly executed and was an Excellent process . They communicated and verified the appointments with the highest professionalism. It was a very positive experience. Hank Delvecchio

They always try to do the right thing. It's a place where everybody knows your name. When I needed a pneumonia shot, I thought I knew which one I needed, but the owner thought my ideas didn't add up, so he asked me to contact the MD. I appreciate the attention, and he was right! They are careful and attentive.

Finally able to get first vaccination at this friendly local pharmacy. From their organization of the scheduling to the administration of the shot, everything was done to an impressive professional standard. Efficient, kind, top-notch.

I am one of the extremely lucky ones. As a 65 year old I entered my name and information in the computer at 12 noon on 1/14 and, when the minute or two was up, had received an afternoon placement for the vaccine at Rockville Centre Pharmacy. In undertaking this activity, RCP has opened its business to a constant stream of phone calls, in person visits and questions on the process. I had no relationship with the pharmacy, and can assure everyone the process which resulted in my receiving the vaccination appointment was as random as any quik pic lotto ticket. That being said, the staff at RCP is functioning as a full service pharmacy and as a center for vaccination, and doing both in a world class fashion. I was extremely lucky, not just in getting the appointment, but in having the process handled by the wonderful staff at RCP.

Absolutely the BEST pharmacy I've ever been to in my life. Just went for the first time today. The owner is a gentleman! Available even at midnight to patiently answer all questions. They deserve every ounce of business.

This pharmacy is well-run and organized. I found the staff and pharmacist to be patient and polite during both my booster shot and rapid test.
