Visiting from Ohio and locked my keys in car. Waited several hours for roadside assistance…5 hours and they never showed. Called to see if RPD would help, from the moment they answered the phone till the time the officer left after helping me was a great experience!!!!

Excellent service! Very professional & knowledgeable! The guy who answers the phone is great, very helpful & courteous. Felt like I got Nordstorm service & quick answers to my questions.

If you're locked out of your car call Rockville police but if you need real officers, make sure to go elsewhere.

Came in with a friend to get a accident report on his stolen car. Spoke to Lt. Crawford very helpful on that matter. Very respectful and knowledgeable. Also Dispatcher Ritchie at the front desk at the station was very nice and helpful aswell. Keep up the good work Rockville!

I thought I left my car keys in the trunk of my car. I called to see if they could possibly help me & they CAN .I never knew they provided assistance/ help on keys being left inside the car ! How AMAZING right !!! I'll will definitely let everyone know! Dispatcher Nadler was very helpful and nice! Thank you :

Recently visited the Police station post office building to pay off a camera speeding ticket, the staff there was kind, helpful & competent. No wait time around 2pm on a Weds.

I had a service order reviewed and completed by a Rockville Police Officer recently. He was incredibly helpful and understanding.

Came out to my house and discussed my concern - very responsive officers

Great service. Respectful and informative individuals!

I see these are the folks who arrested the "I set it on fire" dude. Case closed for sure.
