5 Stars!!! After having a horrible experience at Vapor Leaf they accused us of damaging a box mod we bought there and would not replace it....BTW the mod was a month old and still in pristine condition...the charging port just quit working. Anyway, we decided to steer clear of them after spending over $1000 there and referring 4 sets of friends and we stopped by Rocky Mountain Ecigs looking for something nearby. To my surprise, not only was the vape juice selection awesome and tasty, I was greeted by Matt. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. But that is not where it stopped. We told him about our experience at Vapor Leaf and he explained he had lots of customers having similar issues with eleaf iStick. He genuinely felt bad for us and traded our useless mod for a new one. Something he did not have to do, but did anyway. Thank you so much Matt. We are customers for life!
I will not buy my e-cig/vap products anywhere else!! Matt is always informative with the latest and greatest devices and juices! The laid back atmosphere is my favorite part of walking in the door! Rocky Mountain Ecigs--Northglenn location, due yourself a favor and check them out!!
The best i have been to,i recently bought a new kit and the mod did not last but a few days, Matt replaced it and the same thing happened,so he hooked me up with a better one and its perfect ,The best juices i have vaped by far, My go to shop,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Matt and the other individual that's helped me at RMEC are very knowledgeable about their products, and they both have good customer service. Plus it's the only place I've ran into with the Clouper.
The employee was very helpful and friendly, and they had a pretty good selection of juices, although they were not all in stock at the time. Overall, i would recommend checking them out if you are near the area.
Only vape shop I was able to visit on my short visit to Denver. But I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Denver. Nothing we have in San Antonio compares to this shop.
